Anyone know how much of a hold they put on your credit card, is it just the rental amount or is there more. Thanks

If you mean when pick up its just the fee. You should not be charged when u book. Ive used thrifty, they like to add stuff, but keep saying no and youll get the deal u booked.

One thing i know: you do not need sun pass. Its some absurd amount, youll have to stop and pay but its only $2, not the crazy amt they make u pay in advance.

The above poster is correct. Unless you are booking a pre-paid rate, rental car agencies do not put a hold on your cc when you book.

I was wondering about when I picked it up. Their site says maybe place a hold over the amount of the rental so I just want to make sure the amount. Thanks everyone

$250.00 came off as soon as I returned the car, $122.26 for 8.2 days.

I would put $100, but, that is only because it seemed to be double or so what I paid. But, maybe if you call they can let ou know exactly.
