It's really not "banked" points from prior UY, just current (2016) points banked into next UY the way I understand it. I haven't been following AUL resale prices, but at $89/point, it's almost like SSR pricing! In other words, probably a good deal.

Actually it's a little stripped. It doesn't have all the current points (2016).

It isn't the best contract ever based on points avail and price BUT the subsidized dues will add up in savings over the 40+ years so you have to factor that in and decide based on that.
Our contract was loaded but not subsidized but in the end it allowed us a Xmas 2 Bd oceanview for "free" which would have cost us 8k to rent (which we've been doing) and a retail value 50%+ more than that so divided over time, we felt that the dues weren't a breaker for us.
