Thoughts?...any you recommend I stay away from on my "never been list"...substitutions? Thanks.

Kona - love Kona
Grand Floridian Cafe (never been) have only been here for breakfast but it was good, nothing our of this world though
Tepan Edo (never been) -never been either
Ohana - a must do at least once
Via Napoli (never been)- tried lunch here last year and really liked it
Biergarten - never been
Kouzzina (never been) - also never been, but I'm not a huge fan of the flavors.

One thought I had was to try at least one character buffet. Crystal Palace is good..one of my fav's

My motto is try almost everything at least once. What appeals to you may not appeal to someone else. Have fun and post back about your experiences.

I think that Kona, Kouzzina and the Grand Floridian Café are all great choices! I haven't been to any of the others on your list.
