Ran into an issue today. Same computer is used for both accounts. My son's account is SB and it is only used on Chrome. I have a Mypoints account and it is only used on Firefox. Today on chrome, on my son's account he signed up for the Shave Club. SB is showing it as pending.
When I went to my My points on Firefox late, I have it showing as pending too. I immediately messaged My Points and told them to remove the points, I didn't sign up, my son did and it was his under SB. Of course I get a canned reply which does not address the issue at all.
So should I try to do more? Reply back to Mypoints?
Leave it alone and hope they don't cancel us both?
It makes me mad because they are two separate accounts and two separate emails. I am about 200 points away from cashing out of mypoints for $50 for my trip. I figure I will do surveys tonight to try and get that so I can try anc cash out before they figure it out. I am worried we both will get screwed out of our accounts.
