Those using swagbucks ???

Ran into an issue today. Same computer is used for both accounts. My son's account is SB and it is only used on Chrome. I have a Mypoints account and it is only used on Firefox. Today on chrome, on my son's account he signed up for the Shave Club. SB is showing it as pending.

When I went to my My points on Firefox late, I have it showing as pending too. I immediately messaged My Points and told them to remove the points, I didn't sign up, my son did and it was his under SB. Of course I get a canned reply which does not address the issue at all.

So should I try to do more? Reply back to Mypoints?
Leave it alone and hope they don't cancel us both?

It makes me mad because they are two separate accounts and two separate emails. I am about 200 points away from cashing out of mypoints for $50 for my trip. I figure I will do surveys tonight to try and get that so I can try anc cash out before they figure it out. I am worried we both will get screwed out of our accounts.

The bonuses for the whole month accumulate and you claim it the next month. Supposed to be available by the 5th and usually it's available in the first day or two of the month. When you claim the bonus it does not count towards your daily goal that day.

I have enough Shopkicks points to cash out for a $50 gift card. I was working towards a Disney gc but I realized I could instead get a Best Buy GC, then turn that into a Disney GC, use a Swagbucks QR code and still get the 500 Swagbucks bonus. Am I overthinking this or is that the way to go?

I want to start off by saying I'm muslim/arab American and I'm rarely offended by anything but this kind of got to me. Was this a targeted survey? How is this appropriate? Why would anyone think this way? The first question was how would you get past TSA...umm how about i wouldn't even consider doing something like this?! We are still grieving 9/11, it will never not be "too soon". Maybe I'm taking this out of proportion?

He doesn't even go to the MyPoints home page. In fact, he didn't even know what his password was when he tried to log in to contact them. He IS active with his SB account, though, and when he signed up with DSC through SwagBucks, he got credit from BOTH sites. We know for a fact that there was no possible way that he did anything on his end that would have linked his MyPoints account to that signup because, like I said, he has not logged in to that account in years. This was almost 2 months ago and nothing happened yet...but I will also add that he has not yet received the 1500 SB for remaining a DSC member. I'm not sure if he has hit the time limit for that to credit or not, but since he received credit in both programs, I'm not sure I will have him pursue it further.

I reread Mypoints reply and it is clear no one read my email, since it does not address the issue at all. At this point, I will cash out on Mypoints asap (I think I'm 400 points away) and then see what happens. SB has stopped videos so earning there isn't easy anymore. Maybe after my trip I will just move on to another program...I read somewhere there were others that worked well.

Back from Disney and trying to finish up Swago! Hope this question isn't redundant but has anyone run into an issue with their Swago board not crediting for an activity? I have completed my To Do list but the board isn't giving me credit for it.

Ugh I woke up to emails from Hulu thanking me for signing up for their service, something I certainly didn't do. I only did it for the SB's last year Jan and haven't been able to qualify for another one. However it happened the password didn't get changed so I was able to cancel it all and then delete my account. No idea how it happened. I ran virus and malware and neither found anything at least. I haven't even been on hulu's page since last year when I cancelled.

You can try to submit a ticket. Mine is doing the same thing. I got a couple of form responses from them. There are also many comments on their facebook about it. I seriously doubt it will be resolved in the next few hours, but I guess you never know.

SB is responding to the posts on FB now saying they know about it and it's being worked on. I'd hold out submitting the board for as long as you can because if you submit I don't think they can fix anything after. But even if they don't get it fixed in time, they will sometimes make that square a freebie so then you could still submit for the higher pattern. And, as usual for SB, screenshot everything with a date & time stamp to put in a ticket if it goes wrong. Once someone on here actually got a response about a Swago board ticket. So who knows, you might actually get a resolution for a ticket (odds are not in your favor but we were surprised once, could happen again )
