Friends have booked their Disney trip with Thomsons; two questions if anyone can help please,

How/ when can she link their tickets on MDE to book FP+ please, doesn't travel until Nov and staying at AKL.

She's asked if tickets include 'free' memory maker and been advised no, I thought all UK 14 day tickets included it this year, or would they have bought some other ticket do you think? I doubt it as they have got the 'free' DDP.

We book direct with Disney so haven't a clue about using travel agents

She needs to ask the travel agent for the booking number and she should then be able to link them straight away.
