Beth--there's a thread on the general Disneyland board. I was actually supposed to be staying at the DLH tonight (and tomorrow) but had to cancel because I've been so sick. (Disney was nice enough not to charge me even though I canceled within the three-day window. I'm sure they looked at my account and saw how much money I've already spent this year and how much I plan to spend--LOL).

Anyway, about the suicide--it is very sad. And actually I'm sadder for the people who might have witnessed it (it happened mid-day) . . . is that wrong?

Anyway, on a happier note . . . right now someone (not me unfortunately) is having a corn dog with loads of mustard (I think my stomach could take it, I really do!)

Thanks, I did see that. I don't think it's wrong what you said. Suicide is always harder on those left behind. And hopefully no one innocent who was just there on vacation was tramautized by it.






Ok, now back to the good thoughts on this thread! A corn dog does sound really good right now!! Can you tell it's dinner time and I'm starving?

At this very moment, after a full day of fun and excitement, a toddler crashes on Daddy's shoulder, and they walk resignedly back to the hotel on Harbor (while the toddler seems to go from weighing 30 pounds to 100 in the space of a few minutes), knowing they didn't make it to the fireworks tonight... but with any luck, they booked a deluxe park view room at HoJo's, and will be able to tuck kiddo in bed and watch fireworks from the balcony with a glass of wine.
