I came over to this board months ago with the intentions of starting my diet again...well, that never happened. But this time, I'm serious! DH and I are starting together tomorrow. We will be following the LA Weightloss diet... I have a copy of the diet from a friend. I followed it last summer and lost 20 pounds in two months, bought all new clothes, then I got pregnant and gained about 60 pounds! I have about 40 left to lose. I know it's going to be hard to cook healthy meals and make the time to exercise, especially with a 6 month old, but since DH and I will be doing it together, I'm very optimistic. And I know it'll be just like last time...once I started the diet and actually started to see and feel the results, I got more into it. Hopefully that will happen again! Not that I won't still look forward to our cheat meal (last time I gave myself one meal a week to cheat on).
I just can't wait for both DH and I to not only lose weight, but get healthy for our DS.
