We are taking my daughter and her four kids June 2023.

We have four grownups and four littles so everyone is getting assigned a "buddy."

Kids' ages at time of visit will be 11, 7, 4, and 1.

I'm wanting to rent strollers. I was thinking one for the baby and some sort of double stroller for the 7 & 4 year old. I've seen the ones where one kiddo could stand in back and thought that might be appropriate.

I am FAR from my stroller days so help is welcome here. What company do you recommend? What strollers do you recommend?

We're renting a house behind the Margaritaville resort and I don't think it's a gated community so I would like to just have the strollers delivered there.

Also, is it possible to rent a pack and play/crib for the baby? The house has a high chair.

Personally I LOVE Kingdom Stollers. Have always used them. Also all the strollers have a "parent console" that at the top of the push handle.
3 cup holders and pocket to keep stuff. Cup holders are FANTASTIC at DW in case you didn't know. They also have cribs/beds. They do not
offer the stand up platforms however, due to how easy they are to break. We loved having a double but to each there own. Good luck!

I’d rent a double for the 1 and 4 year old, if the 7 year old needed a ride they could switch out, but there is a good chance the 7 year old won’t need a stroller.

That is a better idea. I like it.

These kiddos have never done anything like this before so I'm not sure what their walking tolerance will be.

Just a word of caution....we kept a stroller for one of our kids until she was 8 or 9. She like going to bed early so she would just curl up and go to sleep.
We could keep doing what ever we wanted to do and EVERYBODY was happy. Also, you don't want to have to tote a kid especially after you've been walking all day.
You can always try with just the double and have them bring yuou a single later if you needed it. Its ALOT OF WALKING!!!

I wouldn't feel bad having the availability for the 7 year old to have "wheels". It is a tremendous amount of walking, heat, crowds and waiting in line...enough for a grown up to have a melt down (I've seen a few). Better to have it and not need it! Good luck!

I think renting a double and sharing between the three youngest makes sense. A double and single stroller is a lot to manage even with four adults (especially on buses). I can see the four year old wanting to walk sometimes, so the seven year old could have a break. Baby wearing the one year old might also be helpful as that would free up a stroller spot. We have used Kingdom strollers in the past, and this time Orlando Stroller Rental was cheaper so we went with them. The stroller companies are generally really easy to work with and it's so nice to have a good quality stroller!

We’ve always had good experiences with Kingdom Strollers. There are companies that deliver pack and plays and other baby equipment to rental houses. We’ve used them before; not near Disney, but in other places in Florida. I would just google baby equipment rental and I’m sure you’ll find something.

How large is the 7 year old? A stroller might still be useful at that age but size will limit options. All of my children were far too large to fit in a sit-n-stand or use a glider board by that age. A jogging stroller or side-by-side double are probably your best bets for the oldest unless very small.

He seems on the smallish side to me...they live a distance away so sometimes it's hard to keep up. I will measure them all about a month out and decide from there and then see what our options are.

I appreciate everyone's feedback here.

I imagine the 1 year old will already have a stroller, so that should make the trip as an option. Rent a double and if you need the single, you can always bring the single one with you.

I either am buying a new stroller for this trip or renting one. I want to make sure it's a good stroller.

Find out if the home you're renting has any strollers. My Aunt usually rents larger homes for her, my cousins and there kids. They have actually had some homes with strollers in them. The last one had 2 umbrella strollers. No harm in asking. It may save some money.

I brought 4 grands with me to Disney not too long ago. We brought a single stroller from home (very useful at the airports) and we rented a Double Stroller for the 3 others to swap out. Our one year old was in the single we brought from home and so it was not one of the cheap umbrella strollers and it had the spot for one of the kids to stand on in the back. We had two 5 year olds and one 6 year old, so almost your same scenerio.

I am sure you know that you will have to remove the children from the strollers and fold them up before you get on the buses. My husband was in charge of the double since it weighed the most.

Scooterbug delivers to Disney Resorts. You will pick it up at bell services and drop it off there on your last day. It was a very easy process. We also rented a wheel chair for my mother in law there. They of course have scooters also.

Excellent advice! I know they have a high chair listed but there may be more I don't know about.
