Well, to an extent, you won't <i>see</i> the actual dusty construction area from the waterfront side of the hotels, except for the massive cranes currently on the entrance side of the Beach Club. If you stay at the Yacht Club, you won't have to really be on the construction side of the building, except for when the bus stops at the Beach Club's makeshift bus stop...which, in January, was smackdab in the middle of the construction area. There's no construction noise if you stay at the Yacht Club, but any kind of work area is a turn-off for you, try a deluxe resort several miles away (like the Grand Floridian, Poly, or Wilderness Lodge).
