Like Carla said, just epcot is busier

But I found that if you visited Epcot during week, instead of weekend, crowds were not as bad

Plus Epcot is the best park to handle crowds. Very open there and can fit a lot of people

How Steve is with DLand. He rather continue to go to WDW, but he knows he will have to go to Dland at least once to make me happy

Yes, Epcot is where we went back in 2006 on the Fourth of July! Mike actually managed to find a quiet place to take a phone interview that the job he was trying for insisted on scheduling for that day. Can you believe it? It was also the first day of our vacation.

Chele ~ did you get the unofficial guide? I LOVE that book!!!!!!!

Baby J Update: IV and feeding tube are officially out!!!! :woohoo: Angie sees the Ped at 10am this morning so when I hear more I'll let y'all know. :thumbsup2

I love the UG also.

Did you hear anything from her yet? I am so glad that the baby is progressing more and more.

I ended up getting Birnbaum's, I figured for my first foray into looking at the huge overwhelming place I should go with it. Later I will get the unofficial guide, I know those have the best information.

That's great news about Baby J. We are still praying and I hope all goes well this morning for Angie.

A phone interview on the Fourth of July? How crazy is that? Scotty has had work try to call him in from Disneyland. They knew where we were. These companies are unreal sometimes.

Yeah you definitely want to eventually get the UG. It's AWESOME!!!!

Thank you very much :goodvibes

Last night we sat around planning a family vacation this summer. We aren't going to go to Disneyland this year, so it was a case of where are we going.

The girls and I voted no camping. I suggested Great America thinking that maybe the kids would want to do that. That was vetoed, they think there isn't enough to get more out of it than one day.

So it was back to the drawing board, so I suggested Santa Cruz. It is still kind of hanging there.

Kacy suggested Lake Tahoe, and there is a lot to do in the Lake Tahoe area so that is in the lead. For instance, Virginia City, Nevada.

Stay tuned for more!!:rotfl:

Lake Taho sounds fun :goodvibes When Alex is older I want to take him to Washington DC

I would love to go to Washington DC but it is so far for us. I think that if I would be willing to trade off WDW we could go to DC but I have to admit it I would rather go to WDW.

yeah, I was shocked too. And then it being our FIRST day in WDW too! Mike's first trip since he was 5!

I'll be excited to see what you think after you've read everything. The possiblities are almost endless!

Dangit... now you got me wanting to stay on property. :rotfl2:

On property is awesome~~~:goodvibes

I am going to weigh the options of staying offsite too.

I guess it must the Disneyland one does and the WDW one is much thicker.

If you think this might be a once in lifetime trip, please please stay on property!!!

You get extra morning hours

extra evening hours

Free buses, boats, trams, monorails to different parks

You can send packages back to room

It is not like Disneyland

Once you get onto Disney world property, you can't see a trace of the outside world

It is like you are in your own little happy place

I really hope you go with on property

sorry, trying not to be too pushy

Oh yay!! So glad they are able to go home. Even if she has to have special treatment there, it's still going to be so much more comfortable for all of them there instead of the hospital.

Thanks Andrea! Very very true and pretty much exactly what her and I both said. It's going to be much nicer for them to be home. And they can have visitors there as they please instead of saying "you can come to the hospital but you can't see the baby". I know that has really sucked for them.

That will be fun :goodvibes

Hi guys,

I got a several text messages from Leah. She is having her dad take her to the ER. She has been running a fever since Saturday and last Saturday she was moving B either from or to his wheelchair and she felt something tear in her stomach. She hopes that it is scar tissue but she just doesn't know. She is scared and ask that I let you all know.

From what she says she has been sick for a few months and I guess not doing anything about it. She is losing weight and is down to 104.5 pounds now and just cannot gain any weight.

Please join me in praying for her and the boys. I will let you know when I know anything. And she isn't ready to put this on Facebook yet so that is why I had Kelly text everybody and I am putting it here.

Kelly, I plan on staying onsite. I figure that this is a once in a lifetime thing and I am not going to miss anything.

Carla, that is fantastic news! And just when I needed to hear something good.
