So I'm almost done with prepping everything for the consignment sale ... just have about 10 more things to tag & bag. I can't wait for all of this to be out of my house! However, I'm not donating much this time. If it doesn't sell, then I'll take it back and try again in the fall, maybe lowering the price.

Now guess what our Girl Scout troop is doing? 1,000 Cranes for Japan

My troop is actually organizing the project for our entire service unit (500 girls).:scared1: Not quite sure how a 1st year Daisy troop of 4 girls got roped into that:rotfl2:

Anyway, after 9-11, Girl Scouts from Japan sent US Girl Scouts 1,000 cranes as a sign of goodwill/thinking of you.

So in return, we are sending them origami cranes to show we care after their diaster. Since our Service Unit has 500 girls, "technically" each girl only has to make 2 cranes ... but we know how that goes. I'm just hoping my troop doesn't end up doing the majority of them.

I absolutely love this idea :goodvibes

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this.

Remember that it's ok to tell God that it isn't fair! He wants to hear from us in the good and bad times...when we're angry at him or the world and when we are in harmony, too.

:hug::hug:

Thanks Marsha, I so needed these words right now.

Kelly, it sounds like Trent is getting better. Thank goodness.
Thanks girl

He slept pretty good last night :goodvibes

Alex is doing better now it seems. He was showing signs of reflux but I decided to try and see if I was over feeding him and he seems to be doing better. But this is just day 2 of the experiement. I have tried everything else so if this doesn't fix the issue then I'm taking him to the doctor.

I am doing okay. Thanks for asking :goodvibes

Yeah she's a weirdo for sure.

ugh :hug::hug::hug:

Hope Alex doesnt have reflux :goodvibes

Just darn cough. His throat is irritated and wont suck on cough drops, so he coughs

 I just saw cough drops at CVS that were lollipops! They were fruity flavors. Maybe he'd like something like that? :confused3

Marsha, very cool about the cranes! Happy folding my dear! :goodvibes

Cheri ~. Just because.

Carla, I sure hope Alex doesn't have reflux. Abby had it... she had to take baby zantac. It didn't last long and the meds did help, if it makes you feel any better. :goodvibes

Hiya to everyone else! :goodvibes

I'm exhausted. :faint:

Thanks Nicole. He seems ok with the overfeeding theory so I think we're in the clear for reflux but I have heard of the zantac. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that which is why I'm trying everything in my power before I take him to the doc.

When Loren was little he had reflux. I ended up giving him Simethicone they sell it like at Walmart in liquid form for little ones. I used to call it his baby Beano. It worked wonders.

For his allergy meds, has to be grape chewables

He IS a delight... maybe just not always delightful. But eh, who is? :lmao:

Is he feeling better today?

:rotfl2:

Yeah, he was in good spirits this morning

But when I picked him up, He goes Mom, I need lots and lots of rest

You know teacher fed him those lines :rotfl2:

He was so miserable and is not out like a light

Hoping he gets a good night sleep :goodvibes

Just bought the girls new PJs and t-shirts at disneystore.com. Today only they have 20% off AND free shipping over $50. Plus I used ebates so get 5% cashback and also used my Disney VISA so get 3% cash back!:cool1:

Since you love pics, here's what I got:

For Elizabeth to match a Belle skirt that I bought in November at WDW but didn't give to her yet
104355M

For Rachel to match a Minnie mouse skirt that I bought in November at WDW but didn't give to her yet
104844M

For Rachel since she loves Rapunzel and needs new PJs
104032M

For Elizabeth since she loves Minnie and also needs new PJs
104030M

For Rachel's birthday in July
104070M

I had the girls try on their clothes from our July 2010 trip and OMG everything still fits!! Woo Hoo!! I figured since we didn't have to go and purchase new regular clothes, that I would get them new PJs and shirts.

I'm starting to get more and more excited for my trip now. Just gotta start that PTR!

I looked online at the results and to say that I am shocked is an understatement.:scared1:

Oh and Marsha, those are adorable!!
