I bought an Ipod Mini from Best buy in 2005. I also bought the extended 3 year warranty. Within the first couple of months of having it I had to send it back to Apple for repairs. In the past 4 months, it has been sent back to Apple 3 more times! There is supposed to be a lemon law that if you send a product back 3 times they have to replace it with a new product.
So the last time we sent it back they told us we could "junk it out". They would send it back to Apple to make sure it's really broken and then we could get store credit. I get a call this morning saying my Ipod is back?!?!?!
Best Buy is saying that it has only been sent back 3 times!!!!!!! There has to be something we can do. Crap Crap Crap!!!!!!
I haven't even had the thing for about 3 months straight b/c it's been off to service!
