Some notes for those posting to this thread:
1. Please use your photo editing software and keep your images to about 800 pixels maximum width. This will ensure the photo shows for most users without having to scroll the screen.
2. Be sure you upload your edited photo to a hosting site which allows direct linking. You can use the DIS's own photopost site (click the Photos link at the top, log in with your regular DIS username). You can also use many other sites such as photobucket.com (Recommended if you don't have a clue how to do things as their site is the easiest to use.)
Many sites do not allow direct linking, or require a membership or other sign-in access. Kodak's site is like this so most users will not be able to see photos hosted there.
3. Make sure you link to the photo in your regular post and not into your signature. Signatures are limited and if you put the photo there it may not show.
4. If you need personal help, feel free to post your questions on the Tech Support forum. You'll also find links there to a number of threads that help explain posting photos.
Personally we're still on 'vacation' and most of my photos are on the desktop, not the laptop. I'll try to post something in this thread in a couple of days.
