Yay, I'm so happy for an update, and so glad to have you back! It sounds like you have been super busy! But how exciting about putting you house on the market! I'm sure it's a ton of work but what a great adventure finding a new home - I hope the process goes smoothly for you!
Sorry you've been sick - I can definitely sympathize with strep throat! I get it all the time. I think I had it like 4 times in one year once...that stuff is bad.
I love all of the pictures from the Beauty and the Beast show! That is quite impressive - I was involved in theatre all throughout high school and our shows looked nothing like that

going for a bigger house,, I know exactly how you feel; I had to put mine on the market last year and Thank God it only took 10 days before we got an offer that we liked... ,,,, Also finally we got our new house in Chicago ( a bigger one !! ) ....

Hi all!! I just wanted to check in with all of you and apologize for not being on here (I think it's been THREE weeks now--YIKES!!). I certainly did not intend to worry any of you. I have been insanely busy!! I've hardly been on here or on Facebook. Now for the reason . . .
. . .We've decided to put our house on the market and search for a larger home!! Very exciting but VERY stressful!! So these past few weeks I've been trying to declutter and go through every room to make it look presentable! Uggh! I'm still not done--but almost! I'm hoping we can call a real estate agent in ASAP!! So I've been working my tail off on getting this house looking better and I've come down with strep again! So right now I'm sick in bed--but hey--it's giving me DIS time!!!
Oh yeah--I forgot!! I also was involved in this BIG consignment sale! I do it twice a year! (work it and enter clothes, shoes, and toys) Anywho, that took up a TON of time as well but I ended up making close to $800!!! And I got a ton of stuff out of my house!! Whoo hoo!! Definitely worth it!!

So where are ya'll thinking of moving if you sale your house? Are you staying in TN? I wish you luck on selling the house. Amanda's future MIL is a real estate agent and she deals with the higher end houses, and she said she hasn't really seen a big drop in her sales. I guess people either have a lot of money and they aren't effected by the economy or we are going to see a big foreclosure rate again in the near future....

Selling your house, fun and scary at the same time. I hope you have good luck - has your area had much of a downturn in the market? Are you planning to stay in the same general vicinity?
