Hi all!! I just wanted to check in with all of you and apologize for not being on here (I think it's been THREE weeks now--YIKES!!). I certainly did not intend to worry any of you. I have been insanely busy!! I've hardly been on here or on Facebook. Now for the reason . . .

. . .We've decided to put our house on the market and search for a larger home!! Very exciting but VERY stressful!! So these past few weeks I've been trying to declutter and go through every room to make it look presentable! Uggh! I'm still not done--but almost! I'm hoping we can call a real estate agent in ASAP!! So I've been working my tail off on getting this house looking better and I've come down with strep again! So right now I'm sick in bed--but hey--it's giving me DIS time!!! I've also had more bow orders at one time than I've ever had!! It's all been quite crazy. So please forgive me!!!

Oh yeah--I forgot!! I also was involved in this BIG consignment sale! I do it twice a year! (work it and enter clothes, shoes, and toys) Anywho, that took up a TON of time as well but I ended up making close to $800!!! And I got a ton of stuff out of my house!! Whoo hoo!! Definitely worth it!!

Off to reply to all that have commented and expect a picture update in a bit!! Love ya'll!!! DIS friends are the BEST!!!!

YAY on the house and the bow orders, but I am sorry to hear anout the strep. We are in the process of decluttering right now. We have spent a lot of time this weekend trying to get some stuff out of the house. We're not looking to seel right, but we just want to clean out for now.

Hi Becky! Just stopping by to tell you that after looking at your Disney on Ice pics from a while back, I took Lily to her first (and mine) show the other weekend. She was sporting the bling Minnie Mouse hoodie (her fave item of clothing currently) and loved it! I was debating whether or not tot ake her since we are going to Disney soon, but after seeing how your little girls reacted, I thought I would chance it. So glad I did! Thank goodness for all the friends you make on the dis and all the advice!

Hi Ann!! I'm sooo glad that Lily liked the Disney on Ice show!!! I bet she looked adorable!!! No problem on the advice--that's what we're here for!!!

Hi Becky! I saw the link to your PTR and started reading today.

So not only do we live in the same state, married guys who are engineers (and act as our personal calculators), we also sing in our church's choirs, I also sing on what's called the praise team (helps lead the congregation with the songs), and I direct our church's 3rd and 4th grade children's choir group. I love working with the children! It's something I look forward to doing every week. We just had auditions this weekend for our Spring musical (we listened to about 50 children tryout).

Now I need to go get caught up on your report!

I just wanted to say a quick hello! I have read through your TR and now your PTR the past couple days. Your trip plans sound wonderful. We stayed at Wilderness Lodge two Novembers ago, the week before thanksgiving and they just put out their christmas decorations. The lobby was just gorgeous, it will be perfect for Christmas time. Your May trip sounds great too. The poly is one of the resorts that I want to stay at some day. And I love your countdown chain! You have a beautiful family and I can't wait to hear about the rest of your plans!

And I simply can't believe how awesome your countdown calendar is!!! I am sooo tempted to make one just like yours, but the obvious work and time commitment has me scared! Kudos to you girl! Downloads or not, the work involved in this must have been incredible. And truly just thinking up the idea of glueing the 2 sides together - brilliant!

I just found your trip report. We will be there around the same dates, May 22- June 1. We are staying at POR though. I also have a 5 year old and it is her first trip. She was also Minnie, Cinderella, and Ariel for Halloween over the last 5 years. Although she was a monkey one year not Tink.
May can't come fast enough for our family.

2 weeks ago we took the girls to see Beauty and the Beast at Briarcrest Christian High School (this is where the movie The Blind Side took place). We went with friends (her hubby is the principal of the high school--we go to church together). Before the musical they had Tea with Mrs. Potts on the stage of the theater.

The kids were served PB&J sandwiches, fruit kabobs, cheese, and pink lemonade. The adults were served chicken salad sandwiches on croissants, fruit kabobs, cheese, and water. It was all very yummy!!

As we ate, the characters came around and interacted with the kids (just like a character meal minus the autographs).

And before the show each of the girls was given a light-up rose

The show was incredible--very well done! (and it takes a lot to impress me) Claire really got into it! She kept saying "Where's Belle?" "Where's Beast?" And when Belle came out she'd say, "There she is!" (really loud) She had everyone rolling!!!
