Thinking of bringing our Keurig

While I was just at the BC, they changed to the Cuisinart coffee maker in the room. It uses pods (not Kcups). Maybe you could buy pods to take.

To the PP who took their Keurig...you had my 2 favorite coffees in the picture, Kona and Dunkin !

Our favorite too :goodvibes

There were 3 coffee addicts on our last trip, and we actually had garden grocer buy us one from SAMs club! My mom didn't have one yet, so we just shipped it home to her. That being said, we might just buy some of the Starbucks via packets this trip!

not unless Dunkin sells online.. I have tried alll my suppliers.. Keurig, green mountain, even big cat.. and no body has 'em. haven't been to a target in almost 3 years.. DH has been gone that long. when I say I am homebound I mean HOME bound.. I get out of the house maybe once a month to go to the post office which is a mile away and literally lands me on the couch or in bed for two days afterward.. and it is less than a mile away. thank goodness for practically anything being available to order online nowadays.. even groceries.

I just looked at Amazon, they've got Dunkin' Donuts coffee online. :thumbsup2

I love my Keurig and am a MA native, but not the biggest fan of Dunkin K-cups

dull and too $$$

Newman's own FTW!

All you DD lovers need to get up north to Canada/Upstate NY and get to Tim Horton's! I had DD every day until my BF crossed me over to the dark side known as Tim Horton's. Now, like a robot, I get in the 20 car long drive thru line every morning before work. The big joke around the city is that there is cocaine in the coffee because every Tim Horton's drive thru is always packed in the mornings

We moved from North (ON) to South (AL) a few years ago. Although most Alabamians could care less about coffee (in comparison to sweet tea), I'm always trying to explain Tim Hortons. If I could, I'd open a location down here, Tim Hortons could even convince Southerners to need coffee in the am, pm and all times in between. And I say all this even though I was NEVER once of those Timmy addicts. I really think the bagels & fresh sandwiches in the d-thru would be a massive hit. Although we'd either have to import the employees from Canada or steal some CFA workers. And of course I'd be sure to add sweet tea to the menu at my location ;)

They sell the Dunkin k-cups at all the Targets down here...check yours next time you're there! And if that fails, there's also online ordering!

I keep checking our Targets for them but I fear unless you have a DD in the area, they may not. I think there isn one DD in the whole of MN and it's not even in the most populated area. GRRRRR Targets here sell DD coffee in the bag but dang it I like the cup conveneience! I'm too lazy to clean out the cup you can use your own grounds in. :rolleyes1

I'd like to put a mini Keurig in our Owners Locker too. :cloud9:

I wrap it in plastic bubble wrap and pack it in my suitcase and it makes the flight down perfect every time! We bring a box of coffe and buy French vanilla creamer at Publix. That way, every morning we wake up in WDW, we have our favorite coffee and not that Nestle stuff in the Pop cafe.:surfweb:

We fly Spirit and they have changed the weight of checked luggage to 40lbs and if you want a carry-on you must pay. (You may take a small bag that fits under the seat...not a separate handbag, unless you want to pay.) My point is that you don't have room to put anything that weighs much. I have to look for lighter luggage. I weighed my bag prior to packing and it was 10.5lbs!

The only place that you can buy the DnD Kcups around here is at Dunkin. They aren't being sold at any other store. They are quite pricey at $12 for 15 cups, but a luxury I'm willing to take to WDW to keep DH happy!
I love the idea of using the hot water for oatmeal. My kids and I really like cream of wheat, so I'll definitely be using that idea!

:scared1:
call me cheap, but I'd rather leave WDW, visit the nearest Dunkin, and get a coffee for $2 than spend $1.50 per kcup.

Really? Not to be rude but that doesn't make sense to me. Buying the Kcup saves you money per cup andtime away from your vacation chasing after coffee.

To me that's not cheap, that's illogical.

And $12 for 15 Kcups does not = $1.50 per k cup... $0.80 per cup

That being said, the DD k cups are "meh" at best, but to each their own
