Things that annoy me, post yours!

I am really irritated by schools, preschools, day cares etc that spell thing incorrectly

places like Kidz Kottage

and

the school down the street that has a sign that says "Skool is Kool"


Isnt that kind of against the point? To teach kids how to spell correctly?

People who don't know how to park in parking spots. Example, they park in the fire lane when there is a parking spot two steps away!

When you can hear people eating or chewing their gum. It was drilled into my head from the time I was little that you do not make noise when you're eating and especially no smaking sounds. That wasn't the case for my in-laws, it sounds like dinner with the farm animals when they eat.

People who insist on bringing their grocery cart down every aisle, rather than leaving at the end cap. This makes the aisles very crowded. If this weren't bad enough, they don't have an awareness of the fact that when they park their cart in the middle of the aisle, no one can get through. Then, to make matters worse, they bring their husbands who really don't want to be there, blocking the way too.

I like to park my cart at the end of each aisle, in an out of the way place, then run down and grab what I need. I only bring the cart if I know I'm getting a bunch of stuff in that aisle (too much to carry). I do realize that most people don't do it my way, but I wish more people did!

People who claim they just have "allergies" and not to worry b/c they DON'T have a cold. Weeeeelllllll......I now have one of my friend's "allergies" and I feel like total CRAP!. I'm going to call her the damn typhoid Mary from now on.

wierd random phone calls that are hang ups (always when i'm trying to catch a nap),

insane salespeople who have the mental deficience to believe i would consider having my carpets cleaned or would buy insurance from some complete stranger who pounds on my door during breakfast

insane companies that think i would hire them to sell my home through them, have them build additons to my home or use them for financial investing advice by virtue of their putting junk mail along with a refridgerator magnet on my doorstep

but the current topper-parents who daily ignore the restrictions on what the kids can have on their backpacks, lunch boxes and clothes at school so i'm left trying to convince a heartbroken little boy the virtues of 'following the rules' and 'taking the high road' when he just wants to wear his favorite shirt once for show and tell
