They're Back! RE: LoveBugs!

We just got home Tuesday morning after being in Disney for 5 days. The bugs were gross!!!! Not sure if they were love bugs but they were black and connected to each other and flying everywhere! They didnt bite or anything but I had to keep knocking them out of my face. Mostly saw them in Fantasy & Tomorrowland. ICH!!!!

But I will still go back this time of year as the crowds werent that bad!

I just got back today. I was at WDW from Saturday to today. I probably saw 7 lovebug "couples" the entire trip. I did see a ton of tiny little bugs at Fantasmic. They were mainly located on the benches near the water.

We saw plenty of them at POR last week... I was wondering what the heck they were. Coming from Canada, never seen them before. They were kind of annoying.
My DS also got a real nasty ant bite on his arm at Typhoon Lagoon...It swelled up like a bee sting and it is still itching him. We don't have nasty big *** ants like that here.

I didn't see a single one at Disney Studios yesterday. Heading to Epcot tomorrow.

Now THAT'S what we like to hear!

Anyone been to Blizzard Beach? If they like white so much (and water?) I wonder how bad they are there. They could be the reason we go to TL instead. LOL

Just got back from Epcot. I saw all of 1 today. We were there from 9am till 8:30pm. It has been a great trip so far and the love bugs really haven't been a problem for us. Tomorrow is our last day, we are heading to P&PP only. Then heading home on Saturday. Good luck to the ones coming in the next few days. Hopefully you will have great weather like we did and no BUGS!!

Not even close! They are black and gross. I have never seen them up close and personal so I am praying they are not so bad when we get there in September because from the pictures I am not going to like them
