I have noticed that often there are characters at the Int'l Gateway, and it's a good opportunity for interaction since that area is never very crowded.

Too bad about your dad's leg...it stinks to be on vaca and not feel 100%. Hopefully the resting pays off!

I was so happy they were there! Like, just walked right in and what do you know, there's Hook and Smee!! Of course I had to tell them that I would be dressed up as Peter Pan. I couldn't resist.

Ugh, the white mocha has always been my absolute favorite, which me waistline really doesn't like. That's also why it is a vacation drink for me.

She is so short! A lot of the characters are short though, so I always feel like a giant.

I was almost right when you asked us to guess where you were eating dinner. I guessed the Yachtsman but it was Beaches and Cream that night. I must have predictive powers.

I was glad he went back to rest, because we had to be up super early the next day for the 24 hour party.

I'm all caught up! It was a combination Disney trip - back from Disney trip blues that kept me away from the DIS for a few weeks, but here I am! I know you were really concerned.

Just a few comments:

I have heard Gaston is a great character interaction. I missed him this time, crap! Oh well, another time.

I'm sorry to hear your Dad's leg was acting up. My dad does the same thing - pushes through it to the point he REALLY gets injured.

As usual, your clothes and makeup are perfection - so so cute!!

I LOVED the selfies with Tink. I think seeing Tink do a duck-lips selfie might be the best thing I've seen all month. Love, love, love.

Can't wait to hear about the 24 hour party!! Next year I WILL be there.

Oh my goodness, a trip will always set you back on the DIS! I have a hard time staying caught up on a regular basis as it is, but throw in vacation and it's a hot mess.

Gaston is amazing! The one we had was great, so I hope he didn't set up the other friends of Gaston for failure in my eyes.

I think it's a Dad thing. Push through until it's too late.

Tink was great, and I loved the selfie with her. I have to make sure we get more on a regular basis.

My favorite Starbucks drink is a non-fat black and white mocha, as I find the regular mocha too bitter, and the white mocha a bit too sweet. Mixed together is just right for me! And it's really delicious iced as well! I'm really glad your Pop decided to try it and ended up liking it - daughters know best!

It was gracious of them to forgive me, I know.

We totally did not plan to wear the Alice shirts together either. It was kind of funny when we got ready.

I totally never though to mix the white mocha and the regular mocha! My problem with the regular is always that it's not sweet enough. I'll have to try that sometime.

Alright, I'm pretty sure I've missed a few updates in there since being gone, but hey, I've read the last couple of ones and am gonna go with that! Lol.

14 days nice! I'm at 39 now, so the countdown is really starting. His leg is definitely better, the sitting out was certainly the best thing for him to do.
