Hello.........I just wanted to let you know that your TR has inspired my husband and I to do one in a similar format.(He said/she said) Thanks so much. We are having a lot of fun writting it!
How ever, after writting our first installment today I went back to look at your TR because I saw there were some new comments. I noticed I used the exact same colors for wording!!! Can you believe that. It must have been stuck in my mind from reading yours I guess!
So, just wanted to let you know that I'm not trying to totally rip off your idea! Just think of it as a great compliment I guess!
I will change the colors on our next installment! Have fun writting your TR!
So your first started out pretty hectic, cant wait to see what happens next!
Well, your key didn't work, but on a brighter or nicer smellling note, no more stinky room!!!!!!!
Oh I feel your pain! At the age of four we decided that we were going to break this picky eating streak. Twice we decided that she would eat what we made or not eat at all and twice that child ended up in the hospital from dehydration after refusing the food and even water for two daysAfter the second time I just gave up. I mean I had Child Services visiting me at the hospital because they thought we weren't feeding her

Nowadays we always make only one meal, but at said meal there are at least two veggies. And Cat LOVES VeggiesStrange I know but true. So we normally don't force the issue but man I have to give it up to that child's willpower.

I'm glad you finally got out of that nasty room! We also had A LOT of trouble with our KTTW's the first year we went together. It was really frustating to keep having to take time out of our vacation to get someone to fix the mistakes. I think we had 3 KTTW's each by the end of the trip! I can't wait to read the next installment.![]()

Bummer about the cards not working. My daughter's card held us up also but luckily they were able to let us through the turnstiles and we could have it fixed back at the hotel.
Looking forward to reading about more good things happening to you![]()
Fast passes....score!!![]()
Lol!!! I was that picky eater when I was little ( it was only hot dogs-no bun- and Count Chocula-and ok I still like Count Chocula) so I was prepared with my little bundle of joy. Liked something one day, the next it was yucky!
I started hiding veggies in her food. Little baby-food jars of squash went into her spaghetti-o's, green beans in her tuna, you name it, I hid it. Feels pretty good to outsmart a 2 year old!![]()
Another great installment. Sorry to hear that you didn't like the food at the GGR. My DW and I ate there the first time in '07 during our May 30th anniversary trip. After many TS meals it was nice to have some "home cooking" especially the catfish and those delicious potatoes (DW is a potato connoisseur) We enjoyed it so much that we returned there for lunch during our Sept 07 trip. We are not much for the character meals, but it's fun to watch them interact with the young children.
Can't wait for your next post.![]()
Great update.
I love soarin too. It is one of my favorites.
I also love spaceship earth.
We rode spaceship earth twice on our trip and it broke with us in it both times.
I get soooooooooo mad when people are mean to their kids in front of me. It breaks my heart. When we were at AK a little girl around twenty months old. She didn't look like she was quite two and she couldn't talk yet. Well, she had her little arm in between the bars in front of a drain by the dinosaur ride. Her mom noticed and yanked her away. The little girl had her fat little arm pretty far between the bars and instead of pulling her straight back her mom yanked her sideways. I think she almost broke her arm. The little girl started crying the loud, very hurt cry. The mom fussed at her and walked away. I was fumeing and I followed her and stopped her. I told her that she need to get some ice for her daughters arm because she had really hurt her. I suggested that she take her to first aid. She looked at me with a shocked look. she went off to the side and sat with the baby and that baby cried for about twenty minutes.
