They accepted our offer!

Our realtor just called, well actually theirs, but we went into a dual agency situation so that she could get all the commission. But anyway they did accept our offer and we are under contract! Although we are paying nearly the asking price we put that anything that is attached to the wall in anyway, excluding photos must stay, we are also keeping a couple of decorative items, all the drapes, gas logs, and all appliances. We're going to be stressed though b/c we have back to back closings on the same day for our old house and this one. This family has to be out of the house in 2 weeks! I have no idea how they're going to pull it off

Congrats many times. Our offer on our first house was accepted on Monday, and so I've been in a whirl of paint chips and paperwork!!

Congratulations!! It's so exciting (and scary)!!! But sooo much fun. DH and I just finished remodling ours (for the most part). This summer we are working on landscaping!! Hooray! I never thought I would be so into this stuff.
