Hi guys!!

I got bleeped? For saying *******now?
Hi guys. Sorry it's been a while.
There's been some shenanigans at the Rusafee household.
The party was a lot of fun.... but I think I am realizing I am too old for this crap.I had a house full of super drunk ridiculous people - throwing up, breaking stuff.... Ugh. I'm over it. I am still cleaning up the wreckage.

So-- what would you do? Would you say something to the other moms to try to get something together? She is a phenomenal teacher--the kids all adore her--- and also very young so she is worried about this surgery a lot.
It did! It did! It did bleep me out!
I said Not Long Now.
Who knew that was naughty?![]()
Very Cool Trix!!! What amazing skills you have!

I am allergic to garlic myself... hmm.. and appropriate for today.
Does that make me a vampire. haha
I'll take it to hang out with the Cullens...lol
I'm sick!![]()
Okay- so--- they are childish. They act dumb. Just be busy every time they call. And pray to the Loan Gods that they can't get financing.![]()
I love pics of family on the walls rather than just random pics. I have pics of my kids in black and white in my living room- I'm not a photographer but they turned out pretty good IMO. It makes my home feel like home.I'm still looking for some nice prints for the walls, but I may end up framing some great pics I took of the kids. I'd rather pay to enlarge those photos, rtaher than just buy something I'm not loving. And use them till I find the right painting or print.
This. You can totally come up with excuses. I've come to learn as a new parent (and this is probably something old hat to the rest of y'all), but kids make awesome excuses when you don't want to do something.
And if you don't want to use the kids as excuses a good migraine excuse works in a pinch!
Ooooh, good ones. Both of them.
RF- To do list:
Have babies before Annoying couple move in.
No??????
Okay, migraine every day for the next five years.
Morning Tas!

NC- Happy Birthday to your DD!
Jo- Sorry to hear about your DD's teacher. You could always just tell the other moms that you know she'll be out for medical reasons and wanted to do something nice. You don't have to share details unless one of them speaks up and says they already know too. I think it would be a nice gesture to do something for her. Praying everything goes well for her.
Rusafee- Good luck with that one! We had a friend of mine and her overbearing and annoying husband move in the next street over in our old townhouse neighborhood. It wasn't pretty. Her DH was a looney toon. We ended up moving shortly thereafter so it wasn't so bad.![]()

Also - I think that his arrogance in this situation is really what is getting under my skin. *I* pointed this house out to them-they are using *my* real estate agent - they didn't even know what hand money or an FHA loan or anything was -and now I'm getting emails at work with a picture of a cake on it - saying that this process is a *cake walk* and that he doesn't even need a real estate agent and that he's going to 'tell the seller' when he's going to get out of 'his house'
