That's terrible. I hope it's not that, and that its a quick 24 hour thing instaed.

Shelly- wow- I hope you feel better. I think I am finally on the other side of it- taking day 3 of my Zithromax after lunch today, and can finally breathe a bit. Take care of yourself-- drink lots of liquids. I bet you caught it in the school the other day-- or was that yesterday? I can't keep up with days.

What do you have left to do?

Well the luggage is upstairs and there is no sight of warm weather coming back so I guess I am free to start packing the shorts! I've gotten out all of our Disney goodies - my jewelry, the kids lanyards & pins, etc. Made the dog's kennel appt. Transferred our Disney rewards dollars. . . I do need to make a parking reservation. We park off-site at the airport. It's cheaper and it's valet. . . . Not sure what else I have to do. Just start making my lists so that I hopefully don't forget anything this time! Then wait it out til the day before to print off our boarding passes!

NC-- i too just moved all of my furniture in my LR just yesterday. By myself. took me two hours to do!!!! I have a love hate relationship with that room. It is so hard b/c one whole wall is floor to ceiling windows- the other wall has the fireplace with bookshelves floor to ceiling on either side. Then on the other wall, it is a true wall- so you think you'd face the couches facing one another. Right? Wrong-o. B/c to the left of the fireplace in a built in, there is an armoire for your tv. Which i love b/c I hate looking at that sucker and can close it up.

But I don't know what to do with that stupid room. Mark is going to come home and say he hates the way i've got it-- then he'll have to move it all around.

Hi honey, welcome home-- please move this couch. And this loveseat. Oh and this leather chair here that weighs 900 pounds. K thanks.




I truly think it's these builders here- we have no true box rooms- squared off- which I adore-- the house is so unique an has lots of character b/c of all of the angles. But dang. Mark would be awfully happy if I'd quit moving furniture.

Love the concept, but I am so appalled by having the Muppets getting front and center stage. Why are they representing the parks and resorts? Go away Muppets! Arrgh!!! Bring back Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Goofy!!!

My friend had a party a few weeks ago and somehow I ended up booking one for a few weeks from now! Their products are very good! Looks like I have one more thing to keep me busy and help the time go by faster until November!

Love the concept, but I am so appalled by having the Muppets getting front and center stage. Why are they representing the parks and resorts? Go away Muppets! Arrgh!!! Bring back Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Goofy!!!

Chris is sick, I think I am too but I just will not admit it. Some sort of respiratory coughing thing.

Just had a friend over and we moved my living room furniture around. I am NEVER happy with how that room is arranged. Oh well!

Lake - How is your wall? That sounds like such hard work. You are so HGTV!!!

Yep... picture it ... Lake using power tools... I know a very scary thought.

But the walls are going up, and soon we'll move onto electrical. That I will leave for a professional. I do feel a little HGTV actually. I am looking forward to the decorating side of things though... I found some great picture frames, an am going to take some new shots of the kids, blow them up in black and white and put them on my new wall in the family room.

I can't move furniture in my little living room at all. South wall -- only half a wall, fireplace and small built in bookcase. North wall, floor to ceiling bookcases. West wall, huge window, and my son's GIGANTIC TV that he has no room for so he is "storing" it at our house, and it's nice to have a movie theater sized screen, but dang...it's like a giant crypt. And East Wall, has our one and only sofa and two end tables. Nothing else would fit anywhere else.

Yeah, I heard this was their replacement for the "free day on your birthday" promo. I agree...the Muppets are cute, but they shouldn't be the spokescharacters for Disney.

Now exciting! Remodeling and redecorating is so much work, but so rewarding...

Well Marissa is funny about the whole thing. Cause i try to go into our living room to study and do homework and such so she will sit right next to me and color and she says that she is also doing homework.

She just doesn't like the fact that she has to go to school everyday. She is funny she wakes up in the morning and says i have to go again... little does she know it just started she has a good 17 years left of school...

My room is very similar. Floor to ceiling windows on one wall, fireplace, bookcases/TV on another wall, opening to entry hall as well as stairs to the upstairs where wall 3 would be, and opening to kitchen, tiny wall and huge opening to breakfast are for 4th wall. So, wall 3 and 4 really aren't walls at all. I am starting to think my DH is right that we need a sectional in there. But egads, I just never thought I was a sectional kind of girl. There are lots of pretty sectionals now. But I just do not want to spend money on new furniture for that room right now.

Chris hates the new lay out. Chloe likes it. We will see if Doug notices tonight when he comes home!r

I just have to comment on this teacher. My 6th grader would not be able to make a decent grade in her class. She sounds tough.
