I knew the TP crowd calendar was going to change. Josh was way higher than them from the start. Now they are almost the same. I just chose to believe TP over my friend Josh....so I based my parks off them. It isn't a huge problem. There's only one day I should change, but it's my last day and I want to do MK on our last day. I'm being stubborn. Any crowds that November can throw at me still aren't as bad as the past three years in summer crowds. We'll make due.

So glad you got the ADRs you wanted! They look great!

Once things get settled, if there is an ADR that you REALLY, REALLY want and can't get it, you can try ADR Sniper. We got one of our ADRs through it. It a pay service, but was well worth it for us.

Ok I have issues with this kind of service. Yes it is helping people BUT it is hurting most. Everyday people who are planning their vacations cannot get ADR's because of services like this. it almost forces you to now go threw someone to get all your ADR's for you. I don't want to pay anyone to get my stuff. But it is becoming a necessity to get anything. so sad. <-- just my humble opinion.

I have NEVER once looked at crowd numbers. I'm already a lunatic...I don't need that worry on top of it all. We have had days where I'm told it was an 8 and I felt we pretty much walked on everything. Like you said, just go with the flow.

I'm in a few different planning groups, and everyone was going nuts in them yesterday because Touring Plans updated their info and most numbers went up, for the rest of the year.
Going to the recommended parks and park hopping, and you will be fine!

Oh yeah. the levels popped up a lot. So i am sure we will be all over the place this trip Which is fine. as i want to see as much of the Christmas stuff i can!!!

My ADR Day was yesterday. I wanted BOG on the 19th as well but no luck. I noticed their dinner hours for that night are only 4pm-6pm so I'm not holding out too much hope, but you never know! I was more disappointed about not getting Ohana for 11/16...oh well I will keep trying for that one.

I read that!!! you did get some pretty great places!!! I am sorry about BOG and Ohana. But check back and Often!!! something just MAY open up for you!!! I do believe these new services that you pay for to get your ADR's also have something to do with it.

oh it's the best feeling when this is OVER and Done with!! now to get everything else in place i will be sailing through the next couple of months!

Yep Free dining. i have gone every year and there was free dining. I have NEVER seen it like this.. People having the HARDEST time trying for some ADR's or rooms it's like everyone decided to go during November! crazy!!! it'll be fine. I know it is.. I just need to tell that part of my brain to stop stressing!

So.. yesterday... I was flitting around in MDE still looking for my last and final ADR for Teppan Edo.. and ya know what?? IT WAS THERE!!! YEP!

I have my last and final wanted ADR for:
Teppan Edo for 11/15 at 4:20pm

YAHOOOOOOOO! I was SO EXCITED!!!

I was looking at the plans cross checking EMH and our days along with shows fireworks.. Etc. Somewhere i read Illuminations was at 7. So my ADR being at 6:25 was ideal!!! right?
so i looked again and saw that Illuminations wasn't until 9pm... Ok let's see if there is a later time slot which i can possibly get a patio seat?? my brain is NOT working. and i switched it to 8:30. STUPID STUPID STUPID.

So INSTEAD of going at my normal time and WAITING for a patio seat i made the 8:30 ressie which i am sure we will NOT get a patio seat since every other GOOD planner will sit and wait out until the fireworks start when we will be sitting inside.

So here is my question.. There is a 5:30 time slot open right now. Do i snag that instead and wait for the open patio? or just keep the 8:30?!?!

Seriously. Grab the 5:30. Hang onto them both for now. You got months to decide which one you want to keep, as well as stalk for a time you actually prefer.

But here's a completely different thought. I know you want to watch Illuminations from Rose and Crown but what if you got a FP+ for it that night? That way if you do finish up too early, you will have a backup plan. You aren't going to another park that day so using a FP+ late could work.

Ok, am I mistaken on this, but does Teppan Edo have balcony seats? We ate there a week ago, the other restaurant may have seats on the balcony but it appeared all the tables for Teppan Edo were past the other restaurant towards the back of the building. (I remember because Matt just knew we had a seat at the other one, cause we could not understand the hostess very well.

Tokoyo Dining may have some, but I do not recall seeing any seating outside...oh wait...I went up the elevator! lol! so I did not even see the balcony)

I know Teppan Edo has a balcony on the building but don't think they have seating out there since it's the type of restaurant where they cook in front of you at the table. Mo - stop stressing out about Illuminations. This is not like Wishes, where the good viewing area is limited to a small area. This is Illuminations, in the World Showcase, and there are a million good spots for watching the show. There are places all around the lake that are good, you don't need to go crazy trying to grab a table at Rose and Crown. Besides, there is no way they are going to let you sit there from 5:30pm until 9pm.

Now go and do some research on good spots to see Illuminations - for free - without a fp. You're not going to have a problem seeing this show.

As far as crowd calendars go - they are totally undependable. WDW is just getting busier lately. We went in January when crowds were supposed to be 2 and 3's, I think there was even supposed to be a 1 - no way - there were hoards of people in MK. We went at the end of Feb which was also supposed to be light crowds - no way. The only light crowds were at AK and that was because it was raining like crazy that day. You aren't going to get small crowds, unfortunately, in November. It has become a popular time to go because of the weather and the Christmas party.
