Victor ordered Michael to help Ashley and Abby. Ashley turned the offer down, but when she got arrested the first time, Michael was the first name out of her mouth.

Has this been posted?

Might viewers have seen the last of Melody Thomas Scott on The Young and the Restless? The CBS soap isn't commenting, but Scott has revealed that she's taped her last scenes. Scott marked 32 years with Y&R earlier this year.


Don't look now, Y&R fans, but it looks like there's another round of contract with Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman). The actress recently informed fans that she's not sure if she'll be seen again on The Young and the Restless.


"Actually, I don't know if or when I'll be shooting again," Scott said on Twitter. "This week's air shows were my last, until someone determines otherwise."


According to Scott, this is not a case of contract talks breaking down.


"There are no negotiation problems that I know of," she posts. "Just no scripts for the last month. Believe me, I'd love to be working every day!"


This isn't the first time that Scott has been off-screen on The Young and the Restless. The actress has had three high-profile contract stalemates in the past ten years. In 2001, sources reported that Scott had been let go from The Young and the Restless. After several weeks of uncertainty, CBS announced that Scott was staying out. Just two years ago, a contract impasse between Scott and Y&R executives resulted in Nikki Newman being written out of the show.


Scott joined The Young and the Restless in February 1979. Though it may surprise fans, the actress has received just one Daytime Emmy nomination -- an Outstanding Lead Actress nod in 1999.

I have come to the full conclusion that crime does pay in Genoa city.....the law enforcement in that town are all a bunch of yahoos....the innocent get put in prison and the guilty are not....

Wonder when Tucker recovers if Kay will treat him terrible again....don't ya just love how all of a sudden she takes charge ...... I hate how she sides with victor....shows she is no better than the rest of them....this has made me look at Kay in a different light...she is not as fair as I thought she was.

And will Neil ever find true love....not that I really care just thought I'd ask

Can't wait for Adam to stick it to Victor.....

So will Sharon go back to Adam? Can't see her staying where she is and we know the vet won't move ....so I would guess yes.

According to SOID and co-headwriter Scott Hamner, the question is: Is Jana really dead?? Everyone saw Jana die but Kevin never actually saw her body and it was whisked away rather quickly. Hamner says that that bit of information was purposely mentioned in the script. There is a question as to what that may mean someday.

According to the actress's Twitter postings, Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki, Y&R) just learned that Friday, June 3 was her last air show. Her Twitter account posted the following around June 7.

"Let me reiterate: I have NEVER asked for a leave of absence from the show. MTS" "Had not been told by ANYONE that that was my last scene,day,show,episode,whatever u want to call it.Time passed.… I returned to work on January 7th (approx) Continued working regularly til 4/28, when I shot what turned out to be my last scene. Last Fri. [June 3] was my last air show. that was shot 5-6 weeks earlier.Of course, no one bothered to tell me that."
