Christopher Templeton (ex-Carole Robbins Evans from 1983-93) died on Feb 15th in San Antonio, Texas. She was 58 and battled polio her whole life.

* Daniel worries someone will find out the truth about Lucy being his, Lily asks if subconciously that is what he's hoping for but he denies it
* Abby, Nick and Victoria learn the lawsuit could be coming to an end w/ Victor running out of options. They reflect on why Victor is a jerk
* Michael tells Victor that he is losing, needs to do something desperate. Victor refuses to say that his health is to blame for his actions
* Lily hears her music box playing but no one is there, she wonders who opened it. Is Lily losing her mind, or is Cane trying to communicate?
* Diane tells Michael about a man she's interested in, Michael warns she's playing a dangerous game and should not lead Victor on or she'll regret it
* Sharon confronts Phyllis for telling Nick about the video, Jack tells them to stop fighting and to remember Victor is the real enemy here

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) -- Earlier this month rumors began circulating that CBS' "The Young and the Restless" would be bringing Wilson Bethel back as Ryder Callahan, now Soap Opera Network can confirm that the actor is indeed returning beginning next month.

Bethel, last seen in July 2010, is back beginning with the Thursday, March 3 episode of the drama series as Ryder shocks Jana (Emily O'Brien) when he reveals himself during one frightfully cold night in Genoa City.

Since leaving "Y&R" last summer, Bethel has tested out for the title role in "Captain America" (which eventually went to "Fantastic Four's" Chris Evans) and has recently landed the lead role opposite Rachel Bilson in the CW pilot "Hart of Dixie." The show is described as a comedic drama about a girl named Zoe (Bilson), who inherits a medical facility in a small Southern town full of eccentric characters. According to Deadline.com, Bethel's character will be that of a "gorgeous flirty, bad-boy southern fisherman," who lives next door to Zoe, plays in a band and dedicates a song to her.

It is unclear at this time whether the actor will be returning to the soap on a full-time basis or if his characters stay is short term, but either which way a show representative tells Soap Opera Network, "we don't comment on contracts."

This week Deacon & Nikki decide to take their relationship one step further and move in together. They move into the GCAC. The writer says that Nikki has fallen hard for Deacon and understands this decision is going to upset a lot of people. Victoria sees her mother & Deacon at the GCAC and is not happy about Nikki's decision. Deacon is also being threatened by Meggie to get her out of jail. Deacon is afraid he may lose Nikki and this all could blow up in his face if he is caught. At the same time Victor visits Meggie in jail and guarantees her she will NEVER be free. * Victor wants Adam to take the fall for the trusts, he forged documents while in charge of Newman (this dates back to when Victor was in Mexico). Adam refuses to face jailtime again but Victor assures that won't happen, not only that but he has reinstated Adam's trust! If Adam does this, Victor will help Sharon
* Neil shows Tucker the workload that has piled up since Sophia left, he tells Tucker that what Sophia did was wrong but her intentions were good. He reminds Tucker that he isn't perfect either and they need Sophia. Tucker is convinced, he asks Sophia to come back and work for him!
* Adam speaks to a lawyer who assures him he can't be charged w/ anything if he does help Victor, Sharon finds out that Adam has made a deal with Victor and is not happy. Sharon tries to stop Adam but its too late, he shows up at the arbitration and takes the fall for Victor

Next - Nick and Victoria say no matter what the outcome, they are through with their father for good; Michael questions Phyllis knowledge of Jack being the mastermind behind this lawsuit; Jack tells Tucker they have a problem

unless adam plans on admitting victor threatened him or something to make him lie he's just a *******

he can't see that victor is using him to get back at the other 3 kids yet thinks victor will keep his word and actually help him???????


i really hope the judge doesn't believe the crap that just flowed out of adam's mouth and the 3 get everything they are asking for

Shadam with Nick on the SID cover with the headline - Victor plans to backstab Adam, send Sharon to prison, and leave Nicholas penniless.

The cover story goes on to say that Adam decides to go along with Victor's plan. Sharon is not happy about it. While she is touched that Adam would throw himself under the bus for her she still feels that it is wrong and Adam should not do it. Nick and Victoria are furious at Victor and Adam while Abby freaks out and blames Victoria.

Sharon talks to Nick and tells Nick there is still hope to change Adam's testimony she goes to talk to Adam and makes an emotional and moving appeal to Adam. The article says that her appeal goes to the heart of what Adam wants which is to be the very best man he can be for Sharon. The article states that what Victor didn't count on was the power of love and the twist that is coming.

March 8 issue of Soap Opera Digest

In a secret deal with Victor, Adam agrees to lie at the arbitration against his sibs that he falsified their latest trust docs. In exchange, Vic promises to get Sharon cleared of all charges and Vic won't press charges against Adam for forgery.

Not surprisingly, Adam's announcement doesn't go over well w/ his sibs. They think he' a cheat and sociopath. This act is all about self sacrifice, so if he helps Sharon, he proves Victoria and Nick right in thier worst views of him, but how can he not do whatever it takes to clear Sharon?

Over his sibs objections the judge still allows the documents in evidence and then they have a recess.

Nick finds Sharon outside the hearing and ad tells her about Adam's testimony. Then she tries to convince Adam to recant his story. She tells him that he has to stop seeing himself as the guy who is morally corrupt and will compromise himself and will do any low down thing to get his way and start seeing himself as she sees him so he can walk away with his head held high. He is stuck trying to decide between walking the walk that Sharon tells him he should and let her fall t her fate, or lie and be that coniving person.

Adam still insists that he forged the trust docs. He is willing to go to the ends of the earth for her. If that means perjuring himself and going to jail, making a deal with the devil, then he's willing to do it, if it will free her from these charges.

Later he has second thoughts but Victor reminds him that his actions will save Sharon.
