Nick finds Phyllis writing an article about his mother being the latest suspect in Diane's murder, he gets pissed and says she's fired! Phyllis doesn't take him seriously but he says he is, get out!
Paul is with Ronan as he talks to Nikki, she admits to not staying sober and not remembering the night of Diane's murder. Ronan accuses her of killing Diane because she was pissed about the article
Abby sends the money to Devon, he goes to Katherine's and makes it clear he is not interested in having a relationship with either of them. Meanwhile, Ashley finds out about Emily being Tucker's therapist
Phyllis goes to Ronan who suggests she take a break w/her daughter. Phyllis interrupts Nick and Avery's conversation, makes snarky comments then informs Nick she's going away w/ Lucy so he needs to watch Summer
Deacon takes home Nikki, she gets drunk. Victor comes home, Deacon tells him about Nikki. Victor finds Nikki in the barn completely drunk, he tells her she'll be ok but she says everything is ruined - she killed Diane!

Next - Ashley wants Tucker to get another therapist ; Jack is shocked to see Emily, wonders if its really her ; Nikki tells Victor about the night of Diane's murder

Nikki tells Victor she killed Diane. But Victor points out to her that she had been drinking and can't be sure of what she did. While Nikki is sleeping off her alcoholic binge Victor tells Ronan he killed Diane. At the police station Victor confides in Michael that Nikki killed Diane but he is going to take the blame and wants Michael to help him prove he was the killer. Victor then asks Adam to lie and say he witnessed Victor killing Diane. Adam is happy to do so.

Co-head writer Hamner says that Victor is doing this out of love for Nikki. He says "the epic scale of this love story between Nikki and Victor is at the heart of Y&R......Victor's determination to protect Nikki and make the sacrifice regardless of the cost to him demonstrates that despite all their difficulties their love for each other keeps growing deeper and deeper."

When Nikki wakes up she searches the house for Victor. Deacons shows up. Nikki is not happy to see him. But he tells her that he's the only one who can help her. According to the writer Deacon knows alot about what happened the night Diane was killed which he is holding onto until it serves his purposes to reveal it. There are going to be bits and pieces that Deacon will use to manipulate Nikki and try to insinuate himself back into her life. As to why Deacon is doing this the writer says viewers will wonder if Deacon is genuinely in love with Nikki or is he in love with her money? There are hints that Deacon was gambling and owes alot of money to Angelo.

When Nikki finds out Victor has been arrested she is horrified by what Victor is doing to protect her. Nikki goes to the police station and tells Victor she will not allow him to take the blame for a crime she committed. Victor tells Nikki that she had a blackout and that she was only imagining killing Diane. But Victor is insistent that Nikki keep quiet and allow him to handle the situation. Adam goes to see Nikki and taunts her that he knows Victor only confessed to the crime to protect her. He tells Nikki he is willing to keep quiet as long he not Nick takes over Newmans. When Sharon returns to town and finds out Victor has been arrested she goes to see him. She tells him that she knows he did not commit the crime. Victor is very stern with Sharon and tells her not to interfere.

According to the writer "what we think we know today may not prove to be the truth tomorrow." He hints that Nikki did not kill Diane but only thinks she did. He says that there are pieces that Nikki has that Victor doesn't and pieces Victor has that Nikki doesn't.

Ashley tells Tucker that she is not comfortable with Emily being his therapist given what happened in the past. Ashley doesn't want Jack knowing Emily's back, too late Emily goes to see him while Patty looks on from outside.
Adam and Nick face off over Newman, Victor and Sharon. Adam knows Nick went to see Sharon for Thanksgiving, wants to know if she and Sam are involved Nick says they aren't but Adam shouldn't be relieved as Sharon will never come back to him
With Nick refusing to sell Restless Style, Billy reconsiders the offer to work with his siblings at Jabot. Jack and Ashley get excited but Billy says he still needs time to think. Later, with Victoria's help Nick decides to sell back the company to Billy
Nikki confesses to Victor she was in the park that night, she saw him and Victoria and she must have killed Diane but since she was drunk most is a blur. Victor decides to cover for her, pretends to be drunk and confesses and gets Adam to back him up!
News of Victor's arrests quickly spreads, Adam tells Sharon who books a flight back home while Tucker tells Ashley and is upset that she quickly defends Victor but had doubts about Tucker's innocence. Meanwhile, Michael learns Victor's covering for Nikki

Next - Sharon confronts Victor about killing Diane ; Nikki doesn't believe Victor's guilty ; Patty stalks Jack

The in Depth Story: Unsuspecting Genevieve has no idea that her maid Myrna is Jack’s crazy ex and Paul’s unstable sister Patty. “In my mind Patty is not insane” clarifies Stacy Haiduk. Most People would say she is, but to me if you can understand her pain she’s not." So what is she? She explains, She’s passionate (Yeah Passionately Insane)..lol about what she believes in. Though Patty has always believed she belongs with Jack, killing Genevieve to get him is not something Haiduk thinks she’s will to do. After all she passed on her chance to do that on Thanksgiving. They are friends. Haiduk reminds us though, she does not say that bond won’t stop her alter from trying to claim Jack in some way. “I think of her as going after what she wants. We know that Patty still feels for Jack. I don’t want Patty to be “Poor Me” I want the audience to root for her to what she wants. “I know I root for her!” says Stacy. However, Haiduk concedes that though Patty may not have any intention of hurting Genvieve, she should still watch her back, when Patty gets angry, she does bad things.

Loooove It! Keep the spoilers coming people. I just cant get enough of the Y&R drama. Oooo I was so glad Nick kicked Phyllis to the curb and yeah Billy and Victoria. I sincerely hope that they make them the new "Victor and Nikki no- matter- what- will- always- be- together" power couple. Man that's a mouthful.

Sharon doesn't believe Victor killed Diane, she wants to help him like he helped her. Sharon and Adam face off, his character vs Victor's
Nick and Victoria face off as she refuses to support Victor after what he did to Billy. Nick supports his father, agrees to work at Newman
Billy thanks Cane for everything he did for him and for saving Jill and Victoria. Lily learns that Cane's friend was Billy, he was helping him
Daniel and Eden continue to bond, he's disappointed that Lily forgave Cane but moves on. Eden still won't reveal what happened in Paris
Nikki confronts Victor, he didn't kill Diane. Nikki still thinks she did it but Victor says Nikki blacked out isn't sure, she must keep quiet
Nick confronts his father who sticks to his story. With Victor in jail someone is needed to take charge at Newman, Nick agrees to come back
Jack wants Emily to stay around to see Genevieve, she is unable to do so which gives Patty a save. Patty continues to stalk Jack, Genevieve

Next - Daniel and Eden have sex ; Sharon says she'd do anything for Faith, Nick wants her to stay away from Adam ; Adam comes to see Nikki, tells her she will want to be nicer to him especially after they speak about what she's done

I like that Abby and devon are going into business together...I think they will make for good partners...maybe she will be able to bring Devon closer to his Dad....

Victor is a terrible drunk actor me thinks he should have taken some acting lessons on that one

Loved how Jack was so glad to see her...he is clearly still in love with her...I say kill off Genevieve and have Jack and Emily get back together.....

How the heck does Patty get into these closed off guarded houses of victor and Jacks and everywhere else....does she have secrete tunnels or something....if you or I tried to get on we would be caught and arrested....either that or they have really bad security people holding down the fort.


Nice to see Victorias son home for awhile.....hope that his dad and his wife...what are there names again....cant think of them.....hope they come home to Katheryns for christmas and bring the new baby....or is it babies...cant remeber tht either

Wonder if Sophia and Neil will go through with the marriage...how many times is he going to propose to woman only to not marry them

I hope Victoria gets pregnant no matter what her Docs say....that would make us all really smile.....

Still trying to figure out what is up with Avery what is she trying to accomplish when it comes to Phyllis? Me thinks Avery is worse than Phyllis and she is a wolf in sheeps clothing...and Phyllis is right on when she tries to explain about her sister to others but no one will listen to her. Guess time will tell.

Anyway thats my weeks take on the story.... whats everyone else think?

Jack and Emily - no chemistry. I was very disappointed when Patty, and now Emily, reentered the picture. I don't enjoy that actress at all. Give Jack someone pretty and sexy, not plain and frumpy like Emily and Genevieve.

I agree that Victor's drunk act was not believable. I hope he rots in jail for all the terrible things he's done to his family. And having Adam back at Newman is insane. This is just another chance for him to take over the company. Hopefully, if Nick gets back in soon, that won't happen.

I love Victoria and Billy, can't stand Devon or Tucker. For me, the show is usually boring. If I miss watching it when it airs, I fast forward through a good portion on my DVR.

Ashley and Katherine both wonder why Victoria isn't supporting her father, she realizes they don't know the truth and she fills them in on what Victor did to Billy. Both are angry and feel Victoria's justified. Ashley offers Victoria a job at Jabot
Victor tells Adam he is in charge of Newman. Nick walks into Newman seeing Adam giving a press conference, the two face off over who is charge. Nick calls an emergency board meeting to see who will be put in charge, Nick or Adam
Sharon wants Avery to help Victor even though Victor doesn't want any help. They head to court where Victor's being arraigned. Ronan interrupts the hearing, he doesn't believe Victor acted alone. The judge doesn't accept Victor's plea
Nikki tells Ronan that she didn't stay sober in rehab, she blacked out the night of Diane's murder. Nikki then goes home, she asks Deacon to tell her everything that he saw. Deacon says if he told her, it would destroy her family!
Jack has to bring Kyle home from school, he got into a fight. Jack decides its time to take action, he calls Rafe and asks that they get a judge to void any of Victor's rights to Kyle. Jack doesn't want Victor anywhere near Kyle

Next - Sharon asks Adam if he really believes Victor did it ; Billy think its too late to make an honest man out of him ; Nikki tells Victor she knows what happened, what she must do

Patty IS nuts! I like Emily though and love her with Jack...Genevieve is blah...she just doesn't match with Jack. Yay for Billy and Victoria...I also hope she gets pregnant. I don't like Eden or Cane...I like Lily with Daniel. I used to like Phylis...felt like she always got a raw deal, but she's gone over the top lately...though I never liked her with Nick so no big loss with that one. I like Nick with Avery...he was too coddling with Sharon and always screwed over Phylis...maybe Avery is the right girl for him. I like Phylis with Ronan...great couple...wish he'd be nice to his mother though. Nikki....ugggg...never liked her or Victor. I like Jill and Gloria...gotta love them 2 commiserating over drinks (I liked their men too...hope they both come back). I don't like Ashley...used to love her...many many years ago...but not anymore...she seems snooty. I used to not like Tucker, but now I like him...now that he's wanting to get to know his son. I wish Catherine wanted to get to know Tucker like that...can't understand how she didn't fight (like Nina is trying with Ronan) to make a relationship. I never understood why Victor, Nick and Victoria didn't try to make a relationship with Adam either. I like Adam...I know he supposed to be evil, but he's got that underdog thing going on and I can't help but root for him...I wish he'd go good for a little while. Sharon...I've liked her and not liked her...I like her lately and would like to see her get back with Adam, but not at risk of losing her DD. And I like Deacon...but with Nikki...ick...though he does seem to love her.
