Our gas here is $1.83 (and you can get .3 off with your Randalls or Kroger cards). Atleast school is almost over, thats a major killer for me in gas.

Okay, my package just went out with Luis so it will be mailed today. I told him to do priority as well so hopefully it will get there on Tuesday or Weds

I have *NOT* heard from 2 people yet on the exchange. Everyone else said it will be mailed today, so I hope that the two I have NOT heard from with either do the same or check their PMs and let me know I have to admit I hate bugging people but I don't want others left waiting!!!!!

Sherry I saw the same gas prices here the day before. A couple of them dropped down to $1.99 yesterday so we'll see where I am when I have to fill up. Glad you had fun last night too!

Nancy, I am starting to feel better. Some other pain has passed and now I can tell where I really am with the cold. It's not awful, but my head hurts. When Luis gets back with my OJ, I'll take a decongetant for my head and that should help

LOL, Deena, I feel the same way!!! I remember seeing a plane at BC walking to the DVC place at BW and I couldn't help but be sad It was really teeny too but it reminded me of going home. I will say hearing them here as much as I do, I get excited too!!! So you are no more of a goober than me

Although I am really really nervous about the plane trip to LA. I really don't do long plane trips well. It is mostly because I am slightly clausterphobic and I have a thing about touching strangers (I hate it) so I get very antsy on flights, especially after about 2 hours. I am thinking of getting some dramamine and seeing how it knocks me out (not for the motion sickness... not a problem for me) and checking out Benadryl if my allergies aren't bad (knocks me out a bit more when I don't need the meds for them). Ick... hate thinking about it at all though.

My internet connection sucks eggs today. Stooooopid piece of poo poo satellite. Could read War and Peace while waiting for pages to load. Methinks the satellite dish is going to get a new pair of cement shoes and will be taking a little swimmy with the fishes someday soon. DSL is now available in our area. Buh bye satellite... it's been fun... anyone wanna buy a satellite? It works great! No really, only used on Sundays... looks like new...

Kristy, wish I could give you the "magic" that you need. I just had to keep at it til I got there myself. Never did find magic in any of that stuff. It is most confusing to many, and if you have ever worked in a bank as debits and credits are not similar in bank language to the accounting terms things can get more confounded. Glad I didn't have to unlearn much of that.

Our garage sale was slow this morning. I had to leave mid morning, but I put in 4 hours. There were more of us than there were prospective buyers. It's raining here and no one got an early start. I hope things have picked up.

I have watched the young men pack their things. It was very entertaining. I didn't have to do any of it. They just let me fold a shirt or 2, then they made magic happen and stuff went into their suitcases from the dryer. They had to wash all their clothes this morning first.

DH Ted got called out so early this morning (pre-dawn) to work. He just called that he is on his way home. It was not a pleasant time for him. It has been a long and rough couple of days. I am glad that he can step away from it for a bit to enjoy the fantasy.

All! Finally, home! Got to work around 7:30 & worked until 12:30. Was planning on going to the mall 'cause DS went off with his granddad and I didn't have to rush home. But, wound up checking out furniture. Saw a few things I liked but, nothing I HAD TO HAVE! Then for some reason as I was passing the cemetery where my dad is I made a u-turn and went back. Boy that was really hard. It's been 7 yrs and I still really miss him.

Moving on......my head is still stuffy but, I'm not coughing as bad today. Will take a decongestant soon and maybe a little nap .

Don't feel too bad about our gas prices now that I've heard some of ya'lls. Were you talking regular prices? My jeep seems to run better on mid-grade and it was $2.01 yesterday.

Kristy-I loved Accounting but, it has been too many years for me to be of any help. I can't even get this new math stuff DS is doing . Isn't Bethie the accountant in this bunch?

Gosh, Elaine we could be related. The plane trip, claustrophobic, people touching, yewwwwwww! I can totally relate. Hopefully, some dramamine or something will help you relax.

LOL, Lily, my laptop battery only lasts about 2 hours... I can read a lot on my PDA or from a book. I really hope though, to sleep during the flight as I will want to be as rested as possible for DL and on the way back I am taking a red eye so I really am hoping that I can find some way to do a drug induced sleep somehow Sorry to hear that Ted has been working so hard... I do hope he gets to enjoy his relaxation!

Rose Mary... I really feel for you... it's been more than 10 years for my mom and I miss her just as much. Never easy to go and visit her. Glad I am not the only one who feels that way about planes though.
