The winning number is...

I still really enjoy the giclee print of a work of art by a local artist that I got for $250 from the local library auction. Wine baskets do well in our community also.

At our last PTO auction/raffle, a basket with a Nintendo DS Lite, starter kit (with case, car charger, etc..), and gift card for GameStop did really well as a raffle item. :thumbsup2

:rotfl2: Just this weekend my friend was trying to talk me into the freak show auction near us. It is nothing that you would think you want but in the frenzy of the show- there you are buying a case of pickled corn relish.

I have never been but seems a trip there is in my future. This is all junk nothing great- but it still sounds like a fun night out.

I did buy a couple prints at an art auction 2 years ago that I love. I was the only one bidding on both of them - so I got them cheap.
