Dinner was yummy!!!!
Peanut Noodles
Ingredients
8 ounces spaghetti
1 bunch green onions, sliced (white parts only)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
1.Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, combine oil and onions in a small skillet. Saute over low heat until tender. Add ginger; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in peanut butter, soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
3.Toss noodles with sauce, and serve.
***I doubled the recipe for 4 of us, because we were using this as a main dish. But, it was a lot and it's heavy because of the sauce. So, take that into account if you're making it. This was DELICIOUS and easy.

Not sure what is going on. Lately I am clueless to anything.
I have a couple family members on there that post 10-15 links, joke things, etc in a row and I keep missing regular status updates because of it. Wish I could block that kind of stuff.
What dining reservations have you made?
. In any event, I had the flu shot once and that was the year that I was the sickest. Haven't yet summoned up the courage for a repeat!
Have a great time in Vegas. Remember....what happens in Vegas stays on the Dis!
Hope that it wasn't 'missing' much for you.

Seems like our party will be starting earlier than expected, we just found out we are on the same flight out of NOLA!

Just wonderful pictures.
