The weather.....

We go on our jollies in three weeks and so I have been looking at the weather in Kissimmee for the last couple of days and I am a bit gobsmacked at how hot it is (not that I am complaining )....

Our last few trips have been in Jan/Feb/March and I am finding it very difficult to shake the memories I have of the weather at that time (pretty chilly at times) and picture it being lovely and hot....

Will it REALLY be shorts and t-shirt weather I'm just shocked at what 8 weeks difference makes in terms of temperature?!? We have really struggled with the wait for this hol but it looks like it will have been more than worth it and I guess it will give us a taste of what to expect in August

I'm off to re-think my holiday wardrobe

It's pretty warm out there at the moment, last week it was highs of 28 and 29.C all week.
Our friend moved out there a few months ago and he send us a video last week of him doing a slip and slide in their garden and he said it was really hot.

We usually go end of April/May time and it's always warm, shorts and t shirts for the day and night, although we nearly always get 1 day when it's chilly and you need a jumper.

We go in 5 weeks and the only jumpers we will be taking are the ones for the day we leave...

We have been 5 times at Xmas, 3 times over Easter, every trip mixed weather, some really cold days some really hot but this Feb half term was the 1st winter break we have had with perfect weather, around 80-85F every day, better than any Easter trip which I could not believe.

I really hope so!
We go in just over a weeks time and I have been following Accuweather. It certainly looks like it will be hot but it also looks rather cloudy and rainy
I don't mind a bit of an afternoon shower but I really, really need some nice warm sunshine
