Instead of being refurbished it was refurb-ished.Sadly, your room was already "refurbished" and likely won't see anymore changes for at least 7 years.

I never understood the dues budget where hotel rooms are listed at the top. So does DVC own these hotel rooms? They pay the dues on that portion? I remember years ago there was a rumor that they might convert some to DVC rooms. They are probably making more money as cash rooms.“it does worry me that they may have mixed all of the funds together and spent most of the money on the hotel side. This would be a misuse of the Capital Reserve funds, which are paid for by DVC owners at VGC and should never be used on the hotel side except in cases where there is shared infrastructure,“
Time to lawyer up…..
The new art looks great. We've got stay coming up at the end of September, I'm looking forward to fall vibes at VGC!Some new art and they kept my beloved Pinocchio border!
Those door bars have always been difficult to operate for my kids and they end up not getting properly locked when they use them. Wish there was an improvement in that physical security aspect.Sloppy outlets, a door bar in the primary bedroom that doesn’t fit when locked, and hinge issues (they let me know about the hinge issue before check in and that maintainer would come to fix it).
Looks to be in perfect shape to me…. honestly I wouldn’t have replaced it either in this room….Please tell me the shower tile floor isn’t gross or moldy
Does anyone know the best thing to clean this with? I’m willing to act like an owner and take care of my own property. Now for the bad…. all shower heads and the curtain rods in kids bedroom…
I really like the touches of green that have been added to the room.
Thick outdoor seats cushion….

Live piano and singer in the lobby…. haven’t seen that at any other Disney resort….
