Has this happened to anyone else on the DIS? I preordered the DVD with the Bonus lithos, plush, and collector's pin back in July from Disneystore.com. I was sent an email on October 29th saying it was shipped via the USPS. When I hadn't received it by last Tuesday, I called and customer service blew me off, saying give it ten days. I was skeptical because Sleeping Beauty arrived two days after it was shipped. So today I called back and the CM said uh-oh. Apparently the USPS has "misplaced" a truck from the Disney shipping center to Texas! They are sending me out another copy, along with the lithos and plush but they sold out of the pins! I said the pin was important to me and I wanted it and she said they sold out three months ago. I reminded her I ordered it over three months ago so she placed a note on my file to send me one if they find them! She did credit the shipping charges back to my account and is sending me a $5 coupon for my next purchase. I am sad about the pin, we like collecting the movie pins. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I thought maybe it would have contained to a certain area of Texas but apparently its the whole state. Anyway the rep said they would replace it and I specifically asked about the pins, she said if you ordered one you will get a replacement one. She said I should rec my order in about 4 days. I was frustrated though they seem to be waiting for us to call them when since they knew about hte orders for this state they should now be calling us.
