I followed another DISer's advice and called the diabilities line. Ask to be transferred and you will get a LIVE person, not an automated system. This way, you'll be able to add your cc without having to wait again. Did not secure my first choice on 12/13, but got it for 12/15, so that's not bad. I just gave up another ADR at Boatwright's! No biggie!!!

Personally, i would not clog up the Disabilities line...that's just not right.

Used the 7675 # and got thru right away !!!! Got Thanksgiving night, 11/22 !!

For some reason, the automated system did not ask for a CC number for a hold, but we did get conf #, and called back, and we are good to go !!!

Only 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold- got in right at 7, automated system searched, put me on hold , then transferred me to an agent- waited an hour after that- but we got it! Hope it's all worth the wait

I feel bad using the disabilities number...

After 2 and half hours of trying I used it. I have a kiddo with a disability and thought honestly I might be able to ust book that way. I could not but she did transfer me. We got the ADR we wanted for FEb

Does anyone know if there will be more tables released on Wed for the online bookings?

I'll keep trying and hoping that folks cancel their duplicates to open things up.

Got through on the 407-939-7675 number. Thanks to those that posted it. Wasn't able to get Dec 6th, 7th or 5th. Got Dec 3rd for 2 people.

I think they caught on with the Disabilities line. I called they referred me to the regular number. Took me 20 minutes calling to get through and then on hold for 1 hour. Got my reservation though. December 28 at 6:50!!

The system did not ask for cc so therefore we could not give one. It's the systems fault. As I said, the person at Dining also said they are doing upgrades to the system today. They sure picked a great day to tinker with their system. But in case they do try to cancel all those res, I would call and try to get a cc put on manually.

on the phone with an agent. She put me on hold to add the cc. Says we have "about 24 hours" to add the cc#, so calling back later today should work. She says when she comes back on the line, I will have a new reservation number. I also had her check the other 2 dates I'm in MK or able to get to MK for dinner and both Nov 27 and Nov 28 have ZERO availability. Dinner starts at 4PM.

I used the automated system and both of my BOG ADR's are showing up on my reservations page on the WDW site! Still I am holding to add cc#! 26 min so far

Shelby - I was in the hold queue for about 45 minutes. I'm at 58 minutes now. Still on hold for the CM to come back with the new ADR#

I would hope since they have phone numbers on file that they would do the right thing and start calling people. I'm sure a lot of people don't even know.

Both the dining line and dvc told me no availibility was held back. The only thing that will be open on Wed(online) for my dates will be if someone cancels.

Ok after a second hold she came back with new ADR#. She told me that the other ones will be canceled... She also confirmed that they know about the problem and all others will be canceled unless users call back. I still hope they change that policy as that is not very magical.

I got in around 717 am after many redials. Went straight to the automated, booked 455 on Dec 9th (a MVMCP night). One small issue with not recognizing the last name, so I said it REALLY slow the 2nd time Same as others have reported, I got the CC hold speil...but then never had to enter it.

And to think I get to do it all again tomorrow morning when my 180 window opens for my February Vacation/Marathon week trip opens

I have to say...this is better than trying to get snow white disneydesigner doll...now that was a shameful time in Disney Customer Service...this is just comical at this point...seriously? We are supposed to call back now to give CC number? I can't even fathom how they will enforce unless they call all the phone numbers attached to the reservations.
