December 11th was my MVMCP night but BOG is booked so i took December 12th at 725 for a party of 3

I was still making my automated reservation when I saw the info on the CC so I held forever to be put through to an agent. She told me they couldn't add the info and I would be fine with my confirmation number. I decided I would call back later this evening when they have had time to figure things out.

BTW, I got a reservation for 2 people for December 1st @ 7:15 and cancelled November 30 at 4:20.

Ok after a second hold she came back with new ADR#. She told me that the other ones will be canceled... She also confirmed that they know about the problem and all others will be canceled unless users call back. I still hope they change that policy as that is not very magical.

the dvc MS again said they can't modify but they're working on it. She also said they won't be cancelling the reservations today as long as we call in to add the cc by the end of the day or something like that. They are working on "it" she said.

If you used the automated to make your ADR, then call back to add your CC, they will cancel the 1st one & rebook it, so you will get a new confirmation number. Had to do it with 2 of mine.

Totally confused how people are able to call back a 2nd time to add cc# and being put on hold and then able to get thru. I have been trying since 7 and still getting busy signals. Have not gotten thru on any of these numbers.

I think again it all depends on what agent you get. There were no more openings on the day I had booked and she said she did not want to change anything on me since this is what the automated system let me book, she had to add a small charge of 1.00 to the reservation to get the card added on but it worked and I have the same reservation number.

I may be in the same boat. Still on hold with the agent and he hasn't been forthcoming yet of the situation. I don't think he knows what to do.

I think those that are getting new conf. numbers is because there was still availability and the agent was able to cancel and rebook. Those dates that are not available anymore are the ones having difficulty adding cc #s.......Laura

I was told that people have until 10PM (WDW time) to add a card number. You MUST speak to an agent AT DISNEY DINING to do so. I got mine added and have my new confirmation #. Just looked at My Reservations online and the BoG ressie is on there with the new confirmation #. I didn't even have to do a "retrieve" to get it to show.

After 2 hours and 45 minutes of both my mom and I trying to get through to the reservation line, I was finally able to connect with the automated system. I used the automated system and with only a slight hiccup in spelling my last name the first time, I was able to get a reservation for Nov. 26 at 7:25 pm. Our first choices were Tuesday the 27th or Sunday the 25th. I could not get either of those days...but 4:45pm and 7:25pm on the 26th were both available options...that was as of 8:45am central time....hold times for an agent were 45-60 minutes, so I stuck withe the automated system and had good results...hang in there and GOOD LUCK to everyone still trying!!!
