Hey, guess what? Today is my 3rd cancerversay and I am CANCER FREE! How cool is that?! It's the first time I've ever said that (to scared to say it, afraid if I said it the cancer would come back). But I actually said it today outloud.

Why yes, yes I do. That's exactly what I want to say and do! I actually wrote a letter to my cancer today and I feel much better.

Justin has band stuff, he gets to be in the 90 degree heat and 80 % humidity all day...meanwhile .. we will sit in AC comfort and enjoy some movies at home.

Well after our super hot weather last week, we have now had unseasonably cold weather (highs in the 60's) and lots of rain. Our yard is actually starting to turn green again.

Tonight it's just me and DS. DH had a guys night out with his hunting buddy's. He said his friends got a "get out of jail free card" from their wardens, so he was going to meet up with them for a beer. DD went to Target and to see a movie with her BFF. DS is playing video games, so that just leaves me and the 'puter.

Tomorrow I am taking DS to finish his school clothes shopping. DH has to work on Sunday, so I get to be Motocross Mom and take them to the races.

Had to help Eloy off dialysis. Gloves, masks on .. dropping caps and needles on the floor..rummage in supplies to get even more caps and alcohol wipes... getting gloves stuck on tape..


That was fun.

I figured that you were probably doing something on his dialysis. A couple of weeks from now and you'll be a pro at it.

We had the opposite.. cold cold days and now we have the hot. Couple of storms passed thru dumping lots of rain (and tornado wrecking havoc ) everything is green again.

We tend to get lots of pollen in the spring, but not so much in the summer or fall.

I heard on the news that the West Coast got all the heat this summer and that the rest of the country was rather cool. Nice for a change.

Yep!
As much as having the cath is a pain in the butt.. it's fun for Eloy to have both hands free for a change. He would keep his access arm still during a run, less chance for problems. .. he actually forgot he could move both arms now.

He has a surgical consult next week, hopefully they can squeeze him in very soon so he won't miss work.

Yes, good that this happened in the summer. Although I think E's had a pretty busy summer even without any medical problems.

Funny how you get used to doing something one way, then if you have a little change you still want to do it the original way.

DD got a new stereo for her car today. The car came with speakers, but no stereo. Cute little stereo and she can hook her ipod up to it.

DS must really be bored, he's quit playing video games and invented a new game. 1 laundry basket, 1 string of rubber bands hooked together to make a giant 10' long slingshot, a bunch of plastic guys from his plastic motorcycle collection.....shooting them thru the air and aiming for the basket. I'm easily amused I guess.

What kind of job is it??

I'm a bridal consultant thingy at a wedding gown shop, I help women find the dress they want. It pays crap but it gets me out of the house.

I wnet to Walmart this morning.. I was running LOW on diapers. Really low. I was down to my last package, and that is never good! So I have all these $3. off huggies naturals.. Which is awesome, because I LOVE those diapers. Seriously girls.. Those coupons rock, thank you so much for sending them!! But anyways.... I go to pick up more of them, and they have NO size fours! The babies are quickly outgrowing the threes, and I was going to move them up, but they had none in the size I needed. So I bought some 3's and 5's. I also got some huggies sz 4s... and a case of pampers 4's. I hope we have enough for the next 6 weeks or so.

I bought a bunch of baby food too. Stage 2s!! i got sippy cups, mesh strainers.. formula.. and school clothes for Alex and Mikalah. I spent way to much money. but at least I saved $30. in coupons!! My baby cupboard is full once again!

I can't believe it, it seems like just yesterday you had the twins (babies not breasts) and nwo you're buying sippy cups!
