Ngombe Executioner's sword
Obvious wear, well used...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

If mounted as an art piece.. worth $2000, tack to a wall as a weapon collection.. $600.

Used executioner sword?? uhh, I'll pass thanks.

3 ugly handbags made out of large seashells.. I do mean ugly!!! Like a DIY craft gone very wrong fug ugly...

$2400

She said her mom has 20 more of them at home.
I'm sure the lady was plotting, now how can I get mom to toss them out and then I can make some real cash... muahahahhaha.

Or is that just my own twisted mind at work?

Got the new car!! Didn't get the Mustang (it was iffy if we would get the cash for clunkers rebate). SO...we got a Hyundai Accent for a whopping grand total of $5745 out of pocket!

Here's the link, just go down the page and click on the first ice blue color (sorry, couldn't get it to paste the exact page. http://www.rontonkinhyundai.com/ind...default&ConfigMake=Hyundai&ConfigModel=Accent

Anyway, I worked the deal and signed all the paperwork on my lunch break. DH will be driving the truck over from work to hand over and sign off and we will take the car home tonight. WOOHOO!!
CUTE!!
WooHoo! Party at Dizzy's house!

Sadly I let mine expire and didn't make it back again.

Good idea! Although it probably won't be too hot. But you never know.
Anything over 65 is to hot for me..:lmao:
Doubt it, give me a week or two and I'll mess up some basic parenting skill.:rotfl2:

It is VERY basic, no a/c and no radio. But I'm sure by tomorrow she will have a stereo installed.:lmao: I will feel so much better about her going off to college with something reliable to drive. Plus the seats flip down and it's a hatchback, so she can actually put a lot in the back if she needs to.

We told her that this is her graduation present. She just got it 10 months early.:rotfl:
I got a 99 ford escort for a graduation present.. I was THRILLED!! I kept until we bought the Matrix in 07. My parents were the same way.. They wanted me to have a good safe reliable car when I went into my adult life. It was a good little car. i brought home two kids from the hospital in it.. I totally cried when we traded it in.

I completely pimped out my first car. Fuzzy dice and everything. :lmao:

My babies are 5 months old tomorrow!! I cant believe we have had them this long. What a blessing they are!

Hmmm...I think I'd be helping mom "clean" the house of some clutter.:rotfl: Oh, who am I kidding, if my mom were alive we'd already have them sold and off vacationing somewhere tropical, gambling half of it away (my mom only) and at the JC Penny Outlet store in Sparks, NV.:lmao:

When we got to WDW at the first of April it's normally around 80, but it can range from 75-89. There is always a nice breeze blowing and April and May aren't humid, so it's usually pretty nice that time of the year.:thumbsup2

I put doilies in my back window and had a blue feather roach clip hanging from the rear view mirror.:rotfl2:

:lovestruc:hug:Awwww...and just think in about 18 years you can be buying two new graduation cars at the same time!:scared1::laughing:

Ladies, I need to get the mail opened and a few other things done before DH gets here. Have a nice evening!:):):) Oh and pray for me, because although DD can drive a stick shift, she's not very good at it (yet)!:rotfl:

Sorry... NO!! We have actually talked about this, because both Frelan and I got cars for graduation. The twins can either share, or get two nicely used (REALLY USED) cars. Or save, save, save their own money to chip in for a better car.

:scared1: That drive will be FUN for her! I totally amost drove through the garage door more then once when I was learning, and our drive way was just a tiny hill!

hmm, first car?

When J was 2 1/2 yrs old and I was preg with N, it was a Saturn and E was extremely proud of himself. :)

Decked out in car seats and pacifiers. :thumbsup2

Graduation gift.. left home and went to school three hours away... PRICELESS!!!

E's mom tried to give us a car, it was a messed up old, bucket seats that could not accommodate a car seat, piece of crap that leaked gas and had blue smoke fumes. Told them thanks but no thanks - come and bring it back home. She stopped talking to us for 4 months.

Good morning Hyenas and Albort!

Back from our beach camping trip. Had tons of laundry to do, as usual! :headache: We had a wonderful time, and the weather was heavenly.:cloud9:

So I read back a little and noticed that Bernice's DH is in San Diego. How nice! :goodvibes

Alison has a new car, and Megan needs air conditioning. Good grief...........it's hotter in Washington than here. What gives? Today, it is cloudy believe it or not. It might even rain. I love it!

So Megan.........take Alex out of school, and enjoy WDW!!! Sounds like so much fun!

Sarah, I love all of your pictures. I'd be scared to go in a helicopter!!!

Christina........were you drinking the night before, you ended up in different PJs? :rotfl:

So has anyone heard from Pix, lately? I tried to call her on that Tuesday night she requested, but I just got her voicemail. I wonder how she is doing?:confused3

Dizzy, congrats on your move. Woo hoo!!:woohoo:

Anyone hear from Alex lately? Did we offend her or something? :guilty:

Hi Shawna....if you are lurking!!

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for your support as I'm going through this difficult time. I really appreciate that you guys care so much about me and have been there for me every step of the way. I don't know what I would do without you guys. :grouphug: Things are a little better, I'm still struggling. This is really tough and I'm still adjusting. It's definitely not easy and I don't wish this upon anyone. I know the unbearable moments are kicking in and I'm fighting and it's hard.

Anyways, I don't want to post too much and you guys already know what's going on via facebook and talking to me on the phone (which I really appreciate too). :grouphug:

I'm going to Disneyland on Thursday with my brother, little sister and my younger cousin. I have an extra Summer Fun Pass, which I will give to my cousin to use and my brother and sister still have their ticket. Albort-will you be working?

Hi Melody! That is the downside to camping trips...get home and LOTS of laundry. I finally got a divided mesh hamper for our bathtub. I make everyone separate the clothing into lites, darks & jeans as we dirty it and then have a couple of hanging mesh bags for wet towels or wet clothing. At least it saves on sorting when you get home.

I've heard from Pix. She seems to be doing ok. She posts on Facebook. I have faith that she will make it thru this difficult time and will be back soon (new & improved!).

And yes, it's been hot here! Today is the first day in about 2 weeks that we have been under 90. During the 100+ heat my kids went to stay with their grandparent's at the coast where it's much cooler. Actually it was downright cold at the coast, in the 60's a lot of the time. They had a great time and went fishing with grandpa. DD got seasick, but DS caught 2 salmon and a sand shark.

Guess you were reading my mind Pix...you were posting as I was posting about you.:rotfl2:

Well I'm breathing a little easier this morning. DD was not real crazy about the color of her car when she seen it online. She called it "old lady blue". Now I don't know exactly what that is, but apparently it looked that color.:rotfl2: She was pleasantly surprised that it is kind of a silvery blue with lots of metallic in it. Phew! Well not that she would be ungrateful, but still I wanted her to like the color, since blue was at the bottom of her list of favorite car colors.
