I really wanted to eat those cookies too but it was just too dang hot here at the time. I think it was in the summer time and around 101 degrees.

I did like the postcards and keychain and other stuff you sent. Those were very cute. :

A friend of mine told me about a small Brit store called The Hare & the Hounds. She told me that they sell mushy peas, pork pies, yorkie's, etc. Typical food and snacks that people would miss eating from the UK. I have never been there but I should check it out. A friend of mine was told by her friends about some type of sugar-coated cookies called Party Rings. She said she asked the sales lady if she sold those and she got really really pissed off and said: "THOSE ARE NOT BRITTISH!!!" My friend told me later on that she just left the store and later on she found them at a Brittish store in Santa Monica. Have you heard of those?

Hey Hyenas...24 hours after my Vitamin D pill and I'm feeling it! Oh Yeah! I didn't get tired at work, my back wasn't hurting and I sent an email to JC Penney and told them to dig their head out of their (something I can't write here)! I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago and they keep screwing it up.

Those Vitamin D pills are like . I feel like, well me! Still having some bone pain and my foot is still hurting, but hopefully within about a week that will go away.

Hm, I haven't heard of anything called Party Rings but there are still so many sweets that I haven't explored. They are huge on the sweets here. Bakeries on every corner. They do have all sorts of sugar-coated cookies (they call cookies biscuits) but mostly shortbread cookies. My favourite is a millionaire square, it's shortbread on the bottom, caramel in the middle and chocolate on top. They are sooo delicious. I don't think they sell those cookies here. I will try to go to that store. I don't know where it is but I do know what street it's on. My friend said the owner was kind of rude though so I'm a bit scared.

Hiya Hyenas! Went to a GIGANTIC vendor sale at Beaverton Motorcycle today. Ended up buying a ton of stuff...new riding gear, backpacks, hoodies, Fox stickers, backpack, toys, hats. But we didn't get a single thing that we went for (graphics kit & grips). Gotta love sales!

Slowish internet connection and lack of interest to fix spelling errors.

Today is our anniversary, 17 years.. boggles the mind.

E's co owrkers said he had to do something special for me, or he will have to pay the penalty. My idea of fun and special is likely not something they would agree is the best way to celebrate.. but it suited us well.

First off, he waited for me to wake up. Brought me a donut, on a paper plate, a bottele of diet coke and a rose clenched between his teeeth. Did I mention he looked very cute sporting his boxer briefs and parading thru the door in all of his scar damaged, pot belly, permcath and bruised arm glory?
Marvelous darling, simply marvelous!


He then took a snooze while gathered coupons and planned my attack. yes people.. we spent the day seeing how much we can get while spending very very very little money. Hit up 4 stores, most expensive out of pocket was $12 at Target because he couldn't pass up the 75% off candy for his classroom (about 10 HUGE bags). Plus vegies, juice, candles ($5 rebate), cereal, chex mix and cheese. We could have saved another $4 if I had more Target printables with me.. didn't expect to hit them at 75% off and still find the sale ones left..I was wrong.. bummer!

Had to waste 10 minutes in customer service line at Wlmart, one of hte coupons didn't come off. Cashier at CS tried to make up excuses.. "it's not in the picture" and "you can't get it for free" being the most head smacking irritable.. I was in the ladies and missed the arguing. I have trained hubby well!

Now we are off to a housewarming.

I spilled coffee down my pant leg at Target. Guess that wouldn't look nice with all his co workers, they don't know me that well yet. Off to change, urgh.. don't wanna wear my jeans. Can I wear shorts again? I miss my capris and shorts.. really!
Our days have been warmer than last month, E wore shorts.. I'm not that brave when it's 50 degrees unless I have a heavy sweatshirt too.

My son and his friend are playing Roof Pong! Hitting the ping pong ball over the roof of the house to each other. One on the back porch and the other is in the driveway out front. I just love seeing how creative kids can be.

I hate it when they tell me that just because its not what they show in the picture.. its not right. Whatever!! I got a good deal at the grocery store today. I had a coupon for B1G1 of formula.. They had the BIG cans clearanced for $13.50... So O got two huge cans of formula for $13.50!!!1 Thrilling. My husband is out with his friend at the liquor store. I think my husband is trying to get me drunk. You know what happens when momma gets drunk right? MORE TWINS!
