The Toy Soldier - Epcot

I'm sure everyone has been here before. Do you guys know that toy soldier in the window when you first see the store coming from the other store. I see little kids with phones and crap and he gives them a mission or something. I need to know who that sodlier guy is, he's my personal hero, haha. he's so funny, he stops people by saying funny stuff like, "You there!" and "yes, splendid". he's just so funny, i tried to google him but i didnt know where to start. if anyone has any information on this toy soldier guy let me know. oh yea, and he also gives you an assignment to save the world from some evil villian that wants to make the whole world a big golf course by spreading grass over it. you probably know what im tlaking about. if this soldier guy is something to buy i need to know where to buy it from. or if anyone has a picture/video of him talking that would be good too. thanks

I'm taking a wild guess here, but this sounds he sounds like a part of the new Kim Possible scavenger hunt thing that is being tested right now at EPCOT. I know that there is a super villain nemisis of Kim named Duff Killigan that wants to turn the world into a golf course, so that's the only logical explination I can come up with. Here's some info on it:

A new Kim Possible Game Play will be temporarily tested at Epcot beginning on Monday August 14 through to Friday September 8 2006. It will be running Monday - Friday from 11am – 6pm.

The game is an outdoor, treasure-hunt style experience taking place around Epcot, and specifically the World Showcase area. Guests will be recruited to participate in this activity by Epcot Cast Members at the Epcot front entrance. Guests will begin the test at Imaginations Imageworks and with the help of the "Kimmunicator" device (a custom cell phone/PDA type device) will walk to World Showcase, Canada, United Kingdom and France Pavilions. The Game ends at Imaginations Imageworks. A refundable deposit is required to begin the test. Upon completion of the Game and the return of the "Kimmunicator" Guests will be refunded their full deposit. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult to participate. The game is expected to require around 2 hours to play.

yo meeko u nailed it there. thanks a lot for that info. the soldier looking guy with the British accent in the front window of "The Toy Soldier" just cracks me up. if he's for sale i think i'd pay like a thousand dollars for him. haha. thanks again.
