The Tagliarchy Mansion

s&ksmom I agree about the Cheetos....but then again, I'll eat anywhere! ;) BTW, how did you get the "Silver Sponser DIS" title under your name? I'm still fairly new to the boards and was just wondering.

OMG yes men have PMS (sorry RickinNY) just ask my son and husband. I for one love Cheetos and would happily wipe them on a certain someone's couture shirts (sorry again Rick). But Cheetos taste best at a cookout in the summer just before you dig into the food from the grill.

No need to apologize S&K'smom. I'll just eat some chocolate pudding with my hands.

ohanafamilySince you're the "tech guru" in these parts I was wondering if I could pester you for some advice on a scanner? I though of you because you and RRBB make up the perfect combo to give me advice....looking for a scanner or all in one to scan/print pictures for my scrapbooks? Any chance y'all have done the research on archival inks/papers for printing? Any advice at all? Never bought a scanner so don't even know where to start on the specs...

If this is boring anyone with the tech talk, I'll gladly move it to PM rather than posting...

Thanks ohanafamily and RRBB....and RRBB, hope you're having fun at CKU!!

But Rick I hope you have whipped cream for the pudding (the good stuff from the can!)

Cadbury's mom I did a sponsor thing for the Disboard last year (lots of us did, you'll notice it on other posters sig's) and I look best in silver.

kadaten:wave2: - I've been meaning to PM you. Thanks again for your advice on the picture thing, I cheated and let Ohana do it for me though.:teeth: BUT, I am keeping your PM for future reference.

Question of the day, since we're talking about food, sort of. (Cheetos are food aren't they, and when aren't we talking about food?)

What is something that you refuse to eat?

Mine is red meat. And I don't mean beef, I mean I won't eat it if it's bloody, like some people I know. Not even if it's pink. Burn it and I'll be fine.

I like the fire cheetos best and then to become the breathing dragon. YIKES....look out for the pudding hands......one things for sure, we'll know exactly what Rick has been touching.

I don't refuse to eat anything, could be part of my problem. Oh wait, I refuse to eat just one piece of chocolate.....must have more. ;)

s&ksmom Thanks for the info....and by the way, you do look quite nice in silver!:)

Lewski709, DH loves the fire Cheetos too. He just bought this bag of chips called "Good and Hot" made by Mike Sells. Well, Ella has a problem staying out of the cabinets and I found her getting ready to eat one yesterday. Do you think I would be a bad mommy if I had let her do it, teach her a lesson? Maybe I should go over to the DB and ask the mommy police.:teeth:

No problem!

Refuse to eat? Organ meats and veal. I love meat, but I just can't get past what those are....so no veal, liver, or pate. Don't think I'd ever eat caviar either, but it hasn't been on the menu at McDonald's lately so I haven't had a chance:crazy:

Hi,

AZKathy, You Asked...Last May we came back from WDW, and I had trouble breathing. I also could not fall asleep. I did not have problems sleeping through the night...My problem was really that I couldn't breathe during the day. I went to a Pulmanary Specialist, had a sleep test, failed miserably, but didn't feel the test was valid. wanted to talk to the Dr. about it, his nurse said No! I found another Dr. Had another sleep test, still failed. I felt that my breathing problem may have been a contributing factor in my test. they want me on a CPAP machine. I have problems with things covering my face when I sleep. I passed the Spirogram, but still have problems when the weather changes. In December I was supposed to schedule a full series on the spirogram, but I have been dragging my feet. I do not snore, I sleep through the night, and I am not suffering from any of the symptoms on the 8 minute advertizement for the CPAP machines.....I am not in a hurry...

Mine is CELERY...yuck, yuck...:crazy2:..and don't even try to hide it in my chicken salad......and if my mom is reading this...yes, Mother, celery does quite definitely have a very distinct taste....no need to try to hide it in the Thanksgiving oyster dressing either!

Sorry about the childish rant .... lifelong disagreement with my mother....she doesn't read the DIS but her antennas are always up.....

Had to laugh at that!

Oh, I found a couple....I refuse to eat LIVER, VENISON AND the egg yolk SAC (snotty like area) from a sunny side up egg! The runny yolk, I'll dip that in toast all day.

Thankyou cadbury's mom.

Let's see what won't I eat. I gotta go with the liver and veal stuff. And I'm not a big fish person. Gotta agree with llebrekniT meats gotta be well done, been that way since I had my babies. Oh I don't like sour cream and onion chips gotta be plain (preferably Lays). Oh I don't like pineapple salta just regular. I've come to realize I'm not a very adventerous eater.

I'm lurking again, sort of.

I got me and Ella ready for the big trip to Wal-Mart. (Super Wal-Mart as Huggabaloo refers to it.) Just as I pulled out of the garage, it started pouring. I went anyway. About a mile down the road, Ella started putting herself to sleep. I kept going. DHB called me on my cell, we argued a little, settled up and I kept going. I had some shoes to return at a local shoe store, but after I got Ella out of her seat, I looked in the bag and I had forgotten the receipt. I stood there a minute, rain sprinkling down on us, no umbrella. Then I put her back in her seat and drove back home.

She's taking a nap.

Now I am working on our taxes.

So, I'm lurking everytime I enter 3 pages of checkbook entries into our little accounting program thingie.

Caviar is another.....won't do it.
Have eaten snails though.

Rootbeer, licorice, that nasty Greek ouzo.....yuck!

RickinNYCJust been reading your DCL thread and couldn't believe some people were actually making a list of how you should behave on the cruise, I think they crossed the line a little.....that is not what you were asking.....

..... I've been on the Disney Magic 4 times and loved it...you and Joe will love it too....now here's what I have to say.....take the cruise, be yourselves and have a great time!:teeth:

Have a great weekend everyone. Can't get back on the Tag posts until Monday. (No coputer at home do all my dissing at work!).

cadburysmom, The Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsor Icons come with a membership. For the Dis Sponsorship information click on my Platinum Icon, or a Gold, or a Silver Icon. They have a link to the sponsorship page (IOW, send them money). I started out Gold and upgraded to Platinum, The difference between Gold and Platinum levels is that on the Platinum level you get a membership in Dis-Savers. It more than paid for itself on the trip I used it on. I can go on for pages, but follow the link for more info.

I oopsed... I will send you a PM...

I have a food intolerance to Cilantro, I also don't do Avocado's

:bounce:

Ooooo, I love my red meat moo'***! :Pinkbounc

Hmmmmm...

liver
fresh water fish (like trout) but I love sushi!
caraway seeds
water chestnuts
corn beef hash?? That stuff that comes in a can and smells like dog food. DH loves it. Blech!

Hey, I though of a celebrity who passed away and I missed. I'll bet you'll all agree on this one: Princess Diana. :(

Well, I'm probably going to be arrested for neglect, & I am introducing all of you as accessories to the crime....

I fixed the kids lunch (chicken tenders-please, I know, not healthy-no veggies). I came up to check the boards real quick. Well, I had to read the last two pages of the TAGLIARCHY. After reading, I ran down to check on the monkeys...There was Lainie, asleep in her high chair. Please don't tell the mommy police, they will probably call social services.
