The so-so trip..March madness is at WDW *Updated 7/27* Final thoughts

:lmao: I speak like Yoda. I just re-read it and I really do. Oh well.

:lmao:

perhaps a bit

Note to self. Stir Dole Whip with Rum if ever lucky enough to be there when they have it.

Fun Finley picture....love that China Doll. She stole the show.

Ok so it sounds like I may have to stir the Dole Whip a little so I can get the rum before I reach the bottom. By the looks of the size it will not take long to get to the bottom.:) Wow that is expensive for that size.

Great pictures of the flowers & water.:thumbsup2

Yay a Dismeet!!:yay:

I love flowers, and these pictures truly are beautiful. Awesome pictures.
Thank you.

Those EPCOT flowers are so pretty. I love the Dole Whip float but with rum sounds delicious.
it was very pretty. Tomorrow we hit the Botanical Gardens here and hoping for nice flower shots there.
it is good but not outstanding.

Totally agree about the Dole Whip. It was good but expensive for the amount they agve you and the rum needed to be incorporated somehow. I didn't get to be Finley. Too hard to take a self portrait.
Maybe make a slushie? :lmao:
You should have asked someone.

:lmao:

Your pictures are lovely. I love all the fairies. And the Oz arch - very cool.

The Dole whip and spiced rum is an interesting combo when all the rum is at the bottom. Sounds like F&W prices.
:)
Thank you.
It was a shock when I got to the bottom. Yes they were. I am used to them which is why we don't eat much at it. :rotfl2:

Love all the Epcot/F&G pics! I wish I was there now too.

Love the butterfly house, I have been to F&G twice and they have done a good job with the butterfly houses each time.

Glad you enjoyed your lunch at Coral Reef. I have eaten there twice and liked it both times.
Thank you.
The tent is great.
:thumbsup2

Your pics from EPCOT were really good! It's so pretty there and wish I was there right now!
Thank you.
Me too.

China Doll did.

Yay a Dismeet!!:yay:
Yes you do. It is small and pricey but different so it makes it worth while,
Thank you.

great pics,i love the fairies
Thank you

I have not abandoned the reports I am reading, just has been a bad week for reading but I will catch up soon.

We are going to the NY Botanical Gardens tomorrow and plan on taking pics there and will share them on my pre tr if you are interested.

Okay, a cliff hangar. So what were you wearing and who did you meet??

I hadn't seen photos of the butterfly tent yet... I love the fairies. Some of those butterflies on the ground probably wished they could be a caterpillar again before the last flutter of their little wings! :sad2: At least they lived a happy butterfly life at WDW!

Nice Finley photo! You look good in hats. :)

$6.75 for the spiced rum dole whip... that was only for the dole whip, the rum is your free bonus! :rotfl2: Just look at it that way. No?

Looking forward to your Dismeet.

That is very true. Nice place to go if you have to go.
:rotfl2: Thanks.
:rotfl: That is a good way of looking at it.

That Dole Whip does look really small for the price!! At least you gave it a try though!
Yeah it was and I am happy I did. It was different.

Sorry I have not posted. Busy weekend here and just winding down now. Saw the Botanical Gardens on Friday and will post some pics this week on the pre tr.
Saturday I had a small reunion of friends from grammar school. We graduated 8th grade 30 years ago this year. it goes so fast. Had a blast.
My tablet died. I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" and it froze up and kept telling me I was trying to change the operating system so I returned it and got the Samsung Note 8. Now I have to set it up. :p

I will try to write an update today if not then tomorrow I will definitely post one.

When I left you we were in France looking at the garden display there and then my phone rang. I answered and it was the sister of Margita (Yankeemouse here) asking where we were. I tried to explain where we were and I thought I saw who she was but there were people in between us so I said “what are you wearing”? Dead silence. She probably thought I was a phone stalker and asking perverted questions so I said we will over as she said they were by the fountain.
I hung up and we looked for another minute in the area we were in.

Some ideas to do with your old Crocs.

Not quite sure what this is supposed to be.

Then we walked over. I saw them and we said our hellos and laughed about the “what are you wearing” and we met her husband, daughter and sister. I spoke to Margita and honestly it was like an old friend but Vinny really hit it off with her sister and we could not separate the two. I think we got some Grey Goose Slushies.

As we were talking the French guys with the chairs came out.

Really? Is there an invisible wire I do not see?

After that distraction which was fun to watch we decided to have another drink. I believe Margita’s husband and daughter left to walk around and Vinny was still talking it up with her sister so we went to get a drink. We had the new Pink Rose Grey Goose Slushie. DELICIOUS.

Then we walked back and talked for a bit and then we went for another drink. (I liked hanging with her) and again we got.

This time we found a table by the grey Goose stand and we sat and talked and Vinny and her sister came over. We talked for a little while longer and then they had to leave as they had a place to be. First here we are.

After that we parted ways. It was so great meeting all of them and I hope our paths cross another time there or possibly in the city.

Oh Margita I found his previous tr's and am going to read them.

I think I will stop here.

Up next,

Strolling

I love that little display using the crocs. How cute.

That pink GGS looks pretty yummy! I wonder if I could tell the difference if I was wearing a blind fold. :rotfl:

Pretty cool that you were able to arrange a reunion for your friends from 8th grade. I bet that was fun.
