The Silly and Mischievous Adventures of Four Crazy Canucks - FINAL THOUGHTS 2/1

My silly sister once again forgot a few things. If it was not for myself and Erich's mad restaurant employee skillz and knowing how things work we never would have gone to the animal kingdom as she believed that if we were even a few minutes late they wouldn't let us in. :rotfl: So after Erich and I constantly told mom and lessa this and after a long "just woke up and lessa is wrong and hates it fight" broke out where I left to go get apple juice and erich took a shower to avoid the hate. So when we got there and just like we said we made the breakfast reservations no problems :wizard:

As for the poncho... I wore it into the park... wore it into the restaurant then took it off and put it under the chair I was sitting on... when we left and I was putting it on all I could smell was poop  I asked everyone else if they could smell it and they couldn't so I smelled my poncho almost puked and made everyone else smell it so I was sure I wasn't going crazy and somehow putting my poncho on the ground made it smell like poopy :scared1: So I said farewell to my trusty and loyal Poncho the first :guilty: and went to get poncho the second whom I became very well attached to the rest of the trip as I made sure poncho II would never meet the same fate as his predecessor. So every morning I made sure mom and lessa who had the same style poncho wouldn't steal mine

We shall never forget you poncho I

:worried:

I brought 10 ponchos with me to WDW...10 ponchos for 3 people  We ended up using only 4. How awful that you got soaked! I will join you in mourning the loss of your & Alek's original ponchos. I haven't been back to Tusker House since it became a buffet, it looks delightful!

You're getting good, Lessa! :rolleyes1

:lmao: Thanks, I used cliffhangers all the time on last years TR so I thought it was time to break them out again.

Awwwww. I"m sure you can't imagine this but my favorite is also Goofy! :rotfl:

Really I had no idea! ;)

as she believed that if we were even a few minutes late they wouldn't let us in. :rotfl:

Erm, not trying to start a fight with you but that is not how it happened Alek, I am well versed in how Disney restaurants work so I knew that they would seat us if we were a few minutes late for the ADR. My whole issue that day was whether or not we should go to AK at all, that is what we were arguing about that morning.

We only brought 4 with us on the trip. :sad2: Silly silly us. Of course we wouldn't have needed to keep buying ponchos if my stupid head wasn't so big that it kept ripping my ponchos at the neckline.

I dunno I remember myself and Erich constantly having to tell you and mom repeatedly that they would take our reservations and that hate was flowing between you and mom that morning I'm 100% of what I'm talking about I believe me and erich even wrote it down in our notes. SO if it comes down to a vote looks like mom's the deciding vote on what truly happened that morning popcorn::

As Mom and Alek were paying for his new poncho I saw a most frightening sight......

Ooh! Ooh! Pick me! Pick me! I know! :hyper:

I know, 'cause I saw it too! :scared:

Great installment Lessa - I loved all your photo's with all the characters, your brothers included! ;)

:rotfl:

I'm glad you have photographic memories of said poncho.

:rotfl2:

I am sure that Alek appreciates you all honouring the memory of his beloved poncho.

When we got to the entrance the person checking our name on the ADR list joked about how we were late and he couldn't let me in. I think he saw the panicked/annoyed look on my face and quickly said that he was joking. ;)

Why do people do this when they are know you are in a rush!

. I was cursing the restaurant for being at the complete backside of the park. :rotfl:

It was a hike and seemed even longer in the rain ::yes::

As we were about to dig in I saw a woman passing by and I recognized her right away. It was Janet, another Focker. I knew that she was also eating there that morning so it was no surprise to see her. I called out her name and she looked over surprised so she must have forgotten that we were going to be there. :rotfl:

Not surprised, I did remember you would be there as I had Kat's handy dandy itinerary! Even though I knew people I knew were there it still surprised me when I heard my name!

She came over to the table and I introduced her to the family. We commisserated on how dreary the rain was and how we were not going to let it mess up our plans. Soon after Janet left to get her food the characters started to show up.

It was just nasty that morning!

First up was our host Donald (please excuse the drowned dog in the picture, I was still drying off from the long walk)

You still looked great:thumbsup2

This is when I had my second run in with Janet. She was heading out of the food area as I was coming in to get Alek. I think she saw the anxious look on my face as I stopped dead in the doorway because she asked me what was wrong. I saw Alek coming back though so I told her it was nothing and went back to table. I am sure she thought I was a crazy person for acting like that. :rotfl:

I thought something bad had happened:hug:

As Mom and Alek were paying for his new poncho I saw a most frightening sight......

Hey, I didn't look THAT bad from the rain did I:confused3 :scared:

You guys are just the cutest!!!! You're Mom is so lucky to have such a great family!!!
Great cliffhanger!! Can't wait!!

While Alek, Erich and I were finishing up our meal Mom said that she was going to head outside and see if she could find a place to buy me a new poncho as clearly I was going to need one if I didn't want to come down with pnemonia.

Awww, sweet mama. :)

As Mom and Alek were paying for his new poncho I saw a most frightening sight......

Hmmm...

Is it bad that I just opened my spreadsheet to double check the day? :rotfl: I also just read Kat's last installment and so now I'm glad to know when that was, too.

So, yes, that was my first full park day and the morning weather was just terrific... :rolleyes1

Great pictures! I can't wait to hear what's next!

Fight Nice Children!!:lmao:

It sure felt like forever especially without my poncho.

I thought something bad had happened:hug:

I am not surprised that is what you thought. I am such a spaz. :rotfl:

:rotfl: I sort of do the same thing while reading everybody else's reports. I try and figure out what day that was and where I was at that moment. :rotfl:

Poor poncho! So gross that it smelled like poop. EW! I'm glad that you were able to find new ponchos to replace the torn and stinky ones.

Minnie looks like she has a lot of makeup on.

Yeah I am glad that the stand next to Tusker House was open and selling ponchos as I would have hated having to walk around without one even if it would have been for only a few minutes.
