The Silly and Mischievous Adventures of Four Crazy Canucks - FINAL THOUGHTS 2/1

Monkey Licking a Stick!!!! I wantched his video 5 times in a row and I almost peed my pants.

Loved it!!

The CM said that he has seen it happen before so just a warning to you all, be careful of your actions around the gorillas or you will need to watch out for flying poop

I think it is prudent to always watch out for flying poop :duck:

I just found your TR now I need to go back and read. I did read the beginning.:thumbsup2 That was a very Disneyish view about the divorce.:rotfl:

 I didn't even know that Alek made that video until we got home from the trip. I nearly died the first time I watched it. :rotfl:

You are very wise. ::yes::

Hi! Yep that is what I was going for with the intro. ;)

Fantastic photo of the gorilla beating his chest, how funny about the flying poo :rotfl:

I'm taking a video of a monkey licking a stick!

Thanks for dredging up some long buried memories Lessa - I had flashbacks to going to the zoo with my parents about 20 years ago and observing a gorilla eating his own, um, waste. :scared:

Those rope drops are always a good place to see animal behavior in action! People get crazy.

Great gorilla photo! I'm surprised your brother didn't keep beating his chest so as to make for an even more dramatic video.

My cousin actually saw a gorilla do that once at a zoo near us. The gorilla picked up a handful of poo and flung it at a guest. It hit the glass right in front of the gentleman's face. Hilarious!

OMG -- i dont' know what's scarier... getting gorilla poop thrown at you or getting trampled by the herd of rope drop people???? :rotfl2:

I am sure it would have been funny but I don't think Erich was willing to have poop flung at himself for humour's sake.

Yep, you have to be extra careful at AK, no glass between you and the gorilla. If they throw something at you chances are they will hit you. :rotfl:

Lessa I'm loving your report (along with the other commentary).

And I have to agree about the rain was a blessing in disguise, especially with the crowds.

great update and pics.

the video is funny, nice commentary.

eeww about the gorilla poop.

is it wrong that i was hopping that the gorilla did throw poop at him, i wanted to see him with a face full of poo.
:lmao:

Great pictures, as always. I don't think I've ever done that trail. :confused3

Really, I'm glad there was no poop. ;)

:scared1: I' have never seen rope drop from that end...sounds a bit disconcerting.

It is definitely a sight to behold. If it weren't for the poncho situation we never would have seen it as we would have already been in line for the safari.

Can you imagine being on the opposite side of the Toy Story Mania rope drop. :scared1:

:lmao: Well you are not the only one here who was probably hoping for that. Just wait until I get to the MK day, I have a truly disgusting story to share with you all. :scared:

 Yeah I was glad there was no poop as well.

Well well well, if it isn't the elusive ip-dip leader. Nice to see you around. ;)
