Pat, another great update! Whenever I see someone with something in lime green in the parks, I am always wondering wether they are from the DIS but never dare to ask thinking that I might look like a total fool if they aren't and just think that lime green is a cool colour (however, I would then have to question their taste...). I only ever saw one person with a lime green Mickey head!

I would hope a Diser would look at the weather report as well as the Dis before going to the park.
Oct '10 - I was in the HM line and caught a lime green tag- If U had wings. I have seen some of her posts on some TR's so I said Hi. We quickly got separated inthe stretching room and then the ride so I will have to settle for the quick chat we had.

I love that bathroom, too! Katharina and I found it on our trip and just as you said, it felt like you aren't really in the parks anymore!
Who knew that there are so many who love this bathroom! It must be Disney's best kept secret! As compared to the one that they advertise everywhere around the parks...

The NYE trip I do think I found every small bathroom on property.

I think after that I started exploring for different bathrooms so I could learn where more were bathrooms were located so I wouldn't have the same experience as NYE again.

On the outside, you were telling them in a calm manner that this was a lovely little show.

On the inside, you were like this , hoping like heck they would be persuaded to go.

Your pictures are making me ache for a Christmas trip again. I think I will talk to DH seriously about just even reserving a room...we have got to do it NOW if we want it. I bet I could sway him in a second if I could secure AKL Conceriage level.

I hope your ache gets soothed with a Christmas to NYE trip We will have a rockin' awesome time on the beach!

We were in line to meet the Yeti. I was certain they would love it, so I purposely did not tell them too much.

You can tell they are a bit freaked out. I am having the time of my life.

So….. what happens after that? They declare it awesome and want to go again. So how do we capitalize on this since it NYE and even though the park as a whole is not really crowded, the line is quite long.


Single rider line!!!! So with a 15 minute wait in the single rider line we go again.

B is in front and I am the last seat on the right making mickey ears.

A has gotten the hang of it and has her hands up. She is the last seat on the right side.

He head toward Chester and Hester’s and Dinosaur.

Yeah we are not cold ….. yet.

We get over to dinosaur and spot cheerleaders.

We also spot a special needs ( autistic ) boy right before we go into the briefing room. I am wondering how he is going to deal with the ride. The noise to say the least is going to be an issue.
We score the front seat and score the right side. Again, I don’t tell them a thing.

The boy we were a bit worried about is in the back row plugging his ears.
They want to go again. They see my picture and want to join in. I tell them I will warn them right before the photo op.

We stop in front of the ToL so we can get photos of all of us.

He was stressing in the waiting area before the pre show. I alomost went up to the chaperones to warn them abou the ride but we went in too quickly.
I was worried he was going to try to get out during the ride.

I didn't realized he was behind us until I saw the picture way later. I am glad he is just plugging his ears.

I soooo love that picture of your group though.....

We continue to ham it up as the trip continues. We had those, laughin so hard your sides hurt and you can't catch your breath moments as well.

Oh, you have met IfUHadWings!! I have read her TRs I got some LGMHs from a nice DISer (we can't get them in Germany) and I am planning on having one for my next trip!

Knowing your bathrooms is an important touring skill! I think I have seen quite a few very small ones at Epcot for whatever reason. I think AK and DHS are generally ok.

How much fun you had! Those pictures are great! You really are very brave to gon on Dinosaur two times in a row! I don't have to play scared for the picture, I truly look scared! That is if you see my face and I am not trying to hide in the vehicle...
