I left you at CSR while I working hard. The joke is at this conference the coordinator is always so appreciative and actually feels bad and teases us for working so hard. In reality what we do is the busy set up work- putting together registration packet i.e. stuffing bags, making badges, greeting speakers etc. I feel it is by far the easiest thing to do and I enjoy know I had a part in making the conference and trade show a success.

I was finally released for the day I headed to the bus stop. What time was it?

6pm. I was there for 4 hours!!!! Yikes. Obviously that was longer than I expected to be there. Was my 4 park challenge fizzling?

Going back to

and out to the bus stop I wait for a bus. And wait, And wait. I will get on either the first bus I see. This rolls up first. 15 minutes later.

What’s wrong with that picture? Yup I caught a bus to EPCOT. Would I make it back to DHS before it closed? I had to wait 15 minutes for a bus so I am guessing a bus for DHS did not show up before the bus for EPCOT.

I finally get in EPCOT at 6:37 and had this in my hand by 6:45.

I catch the Chinese acrobats outside this time.

I browse through Mouse Gears and find this. I am looking for a new park bag. The one I have I bought for the ’08 trip. However with bag check it just has too many zippers and compartments. I am looking for something with that can get through bag check quickly.

By 8:15 I am heading out to catch a monorail. I am getting ready to walk into to the 4th park of the day. Fortunately, Mk was the Evening EMH and open until 1 am. I did want to catch fireworks so my EPCOT time was cut a little short.

While transferring to the TTC, I notice this.

Monorail orange will take me the rest of the way. By 8:35 I was seeing this.

Just in time to find a spot for Wishes.

After Wishes I head over to Tomorrowland

Next up Fantasyland.

I can catch the singing dolls pretty easy with no line.
I see this CM. It must have been a chilly night.

I walk down to see the spirits.

I can't wait to see what this will become.

As I exit I stop at the restroom. Again with the tile pictures. This would become a “theme” of sorts.

I have not seen the addition here.

This absolutely blew me away. The roll call always leaves me with my mouth hanging open. I like how even after the presidents name is called they continue to make “natural” movements, like finger taps and “ fidgets”.

Circling around Frontierland for a stop here.

I make the rounds through Adventureland.

Kind of Creepy.

Not the best but probably the best one I'll ever take.

I follow what little crowd there is out of the park.
I spy a CM making some “ art”

I make the long walk to the POP bus stop.

A long day but I did it. All 4 parks, each park had at least 1 ride. I never did make it back to DHS to use that TSM FP, and for the most part I did not hit the “big” rides, but I felt I had a good mixture of shows and rides.

I think it might be shorter to go to the Contemporary.

No cooking for me today. We are going to my SIL about an hour away. I am doing my usual but still from the bedroom instead of the kitchen, watching the parade.

I found a recipe for red velvet cupcakes but I had to guess at the ingredients at the market so I still need a thing or two. I may make a grocery store run since my food orientated son reminded me I still forgot items when I went yesterday. I will take him with me, but then I always buy more. It is like shopping with a toddler but he can run away and carry more in his arms.

Either that or I can make brownies. I still have some time to decide and I have the parade recording so if I go I can catch up when I get back.

It is not as hard as you might think. Once I figured out I was already in 3 parks most days, adding the 4th in just took a bit of planning. Evening EMH is my friend and on this day Am EMH was too.

I am amazed that you managed to work for several hours between your park touring - but then having the late opening of MK really helped with you getting to see a lot. It sounds like you had a wondeful day. I might try something like that on my next trip as well, sounds like a lot of fun!

I take some cues from other TR writers in finding those unusual shots. I really like how detailed everything is from the bathrooms in each area to the garbage cans, even if it the same style can with a site specific themeing.

When I was by myself I set out to do something a little different instead of wander around aimlessly. I always like a challenge and a plan so I kind of made a game of it. Of course I was free to change my plan at a moments notice if something special came along. For example getting to watch the stepsisters do their "comedy routine" was worth stopping for a bit.

I just did a fly by of Splash. It was chilly and most of the boats were running empty. I am sure I could have walked on but with my luck I would have gotten soaked.

Tuesday 10-20
Well today is last day I will be staying at pop. Wed Am I make the switch to CSR so I can get over to the conference easier. If I ever had a thought of staying at the value and to use transportation to get to the conference hotel, it pretty much went out the window after today.
I knew I would have to get up extra early, catch a bus to an open park or one with EMH or an early character breakfast. Then I would have to transfer to CSR.

I was up and at the bus stop by a bit after 8am. I made it to EPCOT – I guess it was the first bus to come.
I made the transfer and made it to CSR a bit before 9 am. It took an hour! Wow Glad I did not choose to save a little bit of money because the convenience and an hour extra sleep was worth any money I would save.

I walked the 2 miles down to the convention center and received my assignment. This time I got to guard the merchandise. So while I sat and waited for customers, I snapped some pictures.

During a break I went outside the convention area and snapped some more.

The murals in the conventions center are amazing

I was released about 4:30pm. Still being on the dining plan, until Wed. Midnight, I had CS credits to burn. I did have these planned out so I could eat a few meals at Pepper Market and get the most bang for my buck.

Today’s dinner was the salmon and chocolate cake.

Where do I head ?

I make here by 5:30.
I go over to journey into Imagination since there is no line.

Then I make it over to “Sea” some friends

And some very possessive birds.

After I get out of Nemo, I find some strange alterations made to this section of Future World.

A wall! A private party is being held and they have the area blocked off. I believe you could still get to the Land but had to go all the way back to the Seas and then around.

I made my way to World Showcase. I pass the fountain and try to get some pictures but …

Darn people.
I head over to Norway and do another Kim possible mission. I took a picture of one of the final “surprises”

I love how they also have you secretly return your Kimmunicator. I had as much trouble finding this as I did completing the mission.

It is now 7:30 and I wanted to catch Hallowishes from the Poly beach. I made my way out of EPCOT.

I had to giggle as I pass this. Again.

Now as I go up these stairs something seems strangely familiar. I look at the carpet and it looks real familiar and something I see every day. Our fitness center at work has the same carpet, I am sure of it so I take the picture to compare. When I get home I was right !!! I have a little bit of Poly every time I go to our fitness center. Well during the last year, we replaced the carpet :sad . To make matters worse they did a horrible job. The pattern seams don’t match and the dye lots don’t even match so the stair carpet does not match color wise with the second floor carpet. It is a mess and it makes me dizzy every time I go up there.

The art on the beams once again show so much attention to detail is in this resort.

I make my way to the beach. Unfortunately for this trip I only had my waterproof camera. That camera only has a 4X zoom.
The castle looks so far away.

I make it back to POP safely but I still have something to do before I leave.

I am back to the room around 11pm and I finish packing up and collapse into bed.

We did all four parks in one day on our recent visit. We started with drop drop at AK. We moved to Epcot for dinner and then we headed over to DHS for the Osbourne Show and ended the night at MK. That was a long day.

I have 3 many times but this was the first 4 parks.

I was tired, but I enjoyed it too.
