The Ray Shade arrrgg!!!

So I got my Ray Shade in the mail yesterday. I'm attempting to hook it on the stroller to check it out. There are no directions (I mean how hard could it be?) You just wrap the velcro peices around right? So why is it so freaking loose? Is it supposed to be loose? I can move it around and see gaps on the sides. Did I do it right and that's just how it is? HELP!! I'm sick and don't have hte patience for this!

Are you putting it on top of your existing (and extended) stroller shade? Because the existing stroller shade supports the Ray Shade -- the Ray Shade gives extended coverage. Then there shouldn't be any holes, just tie the ties on the left and right poles.

The first thing I did was extend the shade on my Maclaren stroller. The straps were pretty loose, and the Ray Shade extended out almost 12 inches from the regular shade. I loved it on our trip last August! I think it really helped keep DS cooler.

It definitely took soom fanagling to get on - we ended up having it attached all the way almost to the bottom - for what that's worth.
