Breakfast of Champions...although usually when I say this, I am referring to the free lollipops we give away at the drive-thru at the bank. I'm all for the 900am pop...especially when it's not my DS!

Doesn't matter what time of day we go through the bank drive-thru -- we have to get lollipops.

Oh, yes. Oh, yes it will. Much like if I were loaded down with a various assortment of POTC goodies, I would be sooooo happy. See, Pirates is to TK what Indy is to CP.

I understand because Chelsea has the same obsession as you. I know she will be packing all three DVDs for the drive down.

We are a pretty fun bunch most of the time. I won't tell you about how my mini-Medusa woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and how my parting words to her were, "I love you! Have a great day! Hope you are nicer to your friends than you were to us!" She is such a pre-teen!

Oh, I don't want to even think about my mood swings as a teenager...as a matter of fact, I am still prone to them now...but only around specific times of the month, and usually for only a couple of days...

Oh, I don't want to even think about my mood swings as a teenager...as a matter of fact, I am still prone to them now...but only around specific times of the month, and usually for only a couple of days...

My mood swings can be so brutal that my mom gives me B vitamins for gifts.

The only thing that makes a 7 hour drive go faster is if you sleep thru most of it.

This is true -- and I usually do the driving because Charles tailgates and that drives me nuts! I don't even think he does it intentionally.

LOTR is another big one at our house (we are such film nerds) especially for Charles and Connor. Charles loves to stand in my way in the hallway and go all Gandalf, "You will not pass!" He thinks he is funny!

Connor just the other day wanted to have a conversation about, "If you lived in Middle Earth where would you want to live?" I picked the Shire.

You're telling me -- I am so ready for it to be over. I didn't even really get home until 9:30 tonight -- faculty meeting followed by dinner at my MIL's. Tomorrow I have another meeting afterschool and Saturday is state Science Olympiad. We won't even talk about next week!

You know I adore Penguin Indy! At dinner tonight my nephew and Connor were playing Indiana Jones outside -- we were cracking up watching them. At one point I think they were renacting the last scene from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade because Connor was laying on the ground "injured." They are such hams!

I just want to let you know that I am sending you my sympathies--I know how crazy the end of the year gets at school--and it is not always just the kids' over-excitement. The endless string of meetings and meetings, AND MORE MEETINGS is enough to drive anyone CRAZY!!! I can honestly say I DON'T MISS THAT ONE BIT!!!! My wedding anniversary is June 22. My sister in law who just had a baby, has her anniversary on June 24.

Okay.

Last night, DH and I are sitting on the couch. During a commercial break, he says to me, "So, what are we going to do for the 22nd?"

I said, "Oh, I have no idea, I don't know if we'll be able to celebrate...will there be a baptism that weekend?" My MIL had suggested that as a possible time, that weekend in June.

Two thumbs way, way up for this guy! Woo hoo! I can't wait till CP sees it! Check out the arm muscles, goodness gracious. Normally, I don't get so worked up, but as an artist, I can really appreciate him from a purely aesthetic standpoint.
