Forgive me for missing your last update, but your upgrade mojo is in full force. Wow - does it get any better than that?????? Club level upgrade with the most fabulous view in the world? Do you think May will be a let down? :rotfl:

Wow!! I am all caught up and wowed by your upgrades and your beautiful princesses. How cool to do a sister / girls trip!

Thanks! It was amazing!! We all had a fabulous trip together!

Day 2! Where to start?!

Well, like most days I was the first one up! I showered and got myself all ready for the day and then headed to the Grand Ceremonial House to get a cup of coffee! Yummy, Kona Coffee that is! Can I say yummy again! What a fabulous way to start the day!

Once I got back to the room everyone else was up and getting ready to go! Of course, while everyone got ready I took the opportunity to take some more pics of our fabulous view!

Then it was off to breakfast in the lounge! I LOVE have the lounge! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ease of having what we need right there! I confess, I’m a club level kinda girl!

We dined on yummy muffins, fresh fruit, small bagels and croissants! Perfect! Then we headed to the monorail! Woo hoo! But we didn’t head to the GCH! Instead we headed toward TTC! Why? because this was an Epcot Day!!!

We got to Epcot a few minutes a before opening and waited forever to get through the turnstile! Honestly, I was a little worried that we had found the Presidents week crowd! After all, touring plans had the day listed as a 9 or 10!

But once through the turnstile we lost the crowd! We were going to head over to see the opening show but decided because there was only one or 2 other families on line for SSE we'd hop on line! We waited only the few minutes until the clock actually struck 9 and then boarded!

Princess Jessica and I rode together! Here’s our ride pic! LOL!!!

Next stop was to get Soarin FP! But, we got distracted by a Flower and Garden Festival preview!

They were all way too cute! We loved all of them and I can’t wait to see them again in 17 days! Woo hoo!

So, we headed to Soarin to grab FP, which ended up being for something like 12:45! The princesses were a little worried about actually getting to ride because our lunch ADR was for 12:45! But I assured them that even if we came back later then the time listed on FP we would still be able to ride!

Up next, well, I’d like to say that we rode Living With the Land, but to the best of my recollection it was down for some reason!

So we headed off toward The Seas! We stopped for a picture

(princess Jule is making a goofy face, the sun must have been in her eyes!)

and then went to find Nemo!!! The ride was a walk on! Yeah, crowd level of 9 or 10!? We had a blast with Nemo and then headed to look at all the exhibits! We spent a lot of time in there looking at all the different things and playing some of the games!

By the time we were done it was nearing 11 and the Princesses really wanted to head to WS but we had a little time to kill so we headed to Journey Into The Imagination!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, crowd level of 9 or 10 my foot! There was no one else in the building! I know this isn’t the top attraction in Epcot by far but there was literally no other guests in there! Us and 4 CM’s who were operating the ride! They looked relieved to see us! It was an odd feeling though, being the only people there!

No matter what we had a good time with our imaginations and then the princesses enjoyed playing some of the games after the ride!

Then we were off to WS!!!

We were a little hungry at this point! It was 11 and our lunch wasn’t until 12:45! Hmmmm, what to do! We headed to Mexico for nachos! The stand was just opening up and it took forever but they were soooooo good! Definitely worth the wait! We all enjoyed them very much and Princess Jule enjoyed sitting with her foot up because it was really bothering her at this point! It was a fabulous respite! But for some reason we skipped going into the pavilion! Not sure why! Especially because I LOVE the Mexico Pavilion!

After our little siesta it was time to move on! We headed into Norway! Again we skipped the ride, the Princesses all declared that they were not fond of the Maelstrom! But we enjoyed browsing the shops and being silly!

Then we were off to China! We spent a lot of time in China looking around at all the beautiful things in the shop and found some fabulous topiary type things!!! They were amazing!! They were all made out of different types of beans, grains, leaves etc!!

continued next post...

Again, we skipped the movie! This was becoming a theme!

Then we were off to Germany! We browsed the pavilion and the shops! We took a little gander at all the yummy looking and smelling treats in the caramel shop!

Then we were off to Italy! It was about 12:15 at that point so we had a little time kill before our ADR in Italy so, of course, we shopped! Queen Jen bought some beautiful glass jewelry and we took a few pictures around the pavilion and then it was time to check-in at Via Napoli!

We were seated quickly and decided on salad and a very large Margherita pizza!

It was all very yummy! We were too stuffed for dessert but we had birthdays to celebrate! I think I forgot to mention that Queen Jen had celebrated her birthday about a week before our trip so I had added that to the reservations along with DD’s!

So, our fabulous waiter soon arrived with several other members of the wait staff and 2 yummy little desserts!

Of course, they sang Happy Birthday in Italian! Here is a short video...

What you can’t see in the video is that our fabulous waiter couldn’t get the candles to light for the life of him! It was too funny! He kept trying and started to crack himself up!!!!

It was a fabulous meal!!! I highly recommend Via Napoli!

After we rolled ourselves out of Via we were off to explore more of the World Showcase!

Awww, Melissa, your daughter is just so adorable! In every picture you can tell all the girls are having an amazing time together but you can really just see how much Dorothy adores her older cousins. It's so cute! :thumbsup2

I wish we were going to be seeing the F&GF topiaries this year but we're missing them (and you!) by just a few weeks :headache: Of course I'll just have to live vicariously through the pictures all of you ladies take!

Thanks Kristen! They really had an amazing time! They're more like sisters then cousins! They really all have a special bond!

I'll be sure to take lots of pictures of the topiaries for you! I'll be posting on FB too!

Found your report today and truly have enjoyed reading it. What an awesome surprise for your daughter's birthday! I am also surprising my sons with our trip in May, it is so hard not to say anything!! Can't wait to read more.

Oh my goodness! So many things to comment on. Let's see if I can remember everything I wanted to say.

Club level sounds amazing. I've never tried it but I have to believe that I am a club level kinda gal as well! Adding that to the bucket list.

Love, love, love the F&G preview pictures. The group pic is just awesome. I can't wait to see it in person either and am hoping that we get some great PP pics as well. :)

Nemo- for some reason I've never really explored the various displays. Perhaps when we're there in a few weeks I'll check it out. I think there are manatees to be seen and are there dolphins too?

Ah... World Showcase. How I love thee. :cloud9: I adore the Mexican pavilion as well - and no, that's not just b/c of the Ditch! ;) I always enjoy browsing around the store in China. Lots of treasures there. Of course I can't really think of a store I don't enjoy. :rotfl:

Lastly... so looking forward to dining at Via Napoli. I've only eaten there once before and that was with you and your DH! I dream about that margherita pizza. SO yummy.

I would really like to sit here and just look at these pictures for a long time and dream of sitting there on that beach once again,

but,

I have to go
out in the rain
to school.
:sad1:

Beautiful view!
Great updates.
I've got to try that pizza. :thumbsup2

Love the morning pics and CL sounds amaazing!! :cloud9:

Sounds like you had a great time in Epcot! The F&G festival looks soo pretty - makes me want to visit whilst it is taking place!

Yay on low crowds when it was meant to be packed!! Lol at skipping the WS rides and just exploring - love all the photos of the different countries.

That pizza looks gigantic! The Happy Birthday video is great and how happy does your DD look!! :cool1:

So my b-day is in July... isn't that kinda sorta like May in terms of having cute Italian waiters sing to you?

Do you think they'd think it odd that a table of 6 women were all celebrating a b-day? :rolleyes1 ;) :lmao: :rotfl:

DD and Princess Jess are both big animal lovers! So they loved exploring in the seas! I think every time we go in there we're in there for at least an hour and a half!

Mexico is BEAUTIFUL! I love it! One of these days I'm going to eat at San Angel just because it's inside Mexico!

Ack! I going to miss Via Napoli!!! I'll be home already! I actually made myself a reservation for the 29th but I'm not sure if I'm going keep it!

I would really like to sit here and just look at these pictures for a long time and dream of sitting there on that beach once again,

Woah. That was a big pizza!

I love walking to the TTC from the Poly. It makes it such a convenient resort in my opinion.

I'm with you, I am totally a club level girl by heart. Just not in my wallet. :lmao:
