Oh, this is wonderful! I am sitting at my desk all teary. This sounds just like my proposal. My DH waited until our last day to propose to me. He had my ring in his back pocket EVERY DAY OF OUR TRIP!!! Can you imagine sitting on a 2 1/2 k ring on BTMR. I was beginning to think he had a hemorrhoid by the way he was sitting! We had ADR's at Le Cellier the last night of our trip. A 12 day trip. 
He had planned to drop it in a glass of champagne but we (I guess I should say ME) Had one too many Ritas from Hurricaine Hanas and the last thing I wanted was another drink. Way to go me, I just about ruined all the work my DH had put in! (note to self, ask if there is anything important about to happen BEFORE I get sloshed!) Well we get there and we are sat next to a table of 18- 8 adults and 10 kids!!!! OK so it is about 8:45pm, everyone is tired and hungery and SCREAMING. My husband was about to loose it. I know that look and he def. had THAT look. I ask to be moved and we were wisked away to a quiet, corner table. My DH is now thinking "ok this is good". Well needless to say he chickened out-afraid I was going to say no. So he waited until we left and we sat under the lighthouse outside of Yacht and Beach club with the ducks quacking and the lights of Epcot twinkling and gave me my ring. He was so happy to get that darn thing out of his behind! He had a bruise from it!!! I think there is a song lamenting the fact that... "Love Hurts"! BTW that day was the 3 year anniv. of our first date. And we got married almost a year later, just a few days later.
