Yay! Glad it all worked out okay. Thank you so much for organizing swaps. It was great having a refrigerator. My daughter is a 'grazer' and we used to throw so much food away. This trip we saved $$ by being able to bring back some of her meals.

Sent both of you PMs. The swapper before you, Three"Mouse"keteers, is confirmed until 12/19 and if the swapper after her cancels she will have it until 12/22. But you can definitely have it until the 15th as long as you swap with her on that day (or early the next a.m.-whichever works best for her)

In-person swaps are ideal! That's why I'm a bit concerned with the week long gaps before and after my swap! (February 15-22).
In your experience, is it common for dates to still be open only 2 months prior to the trip? DO you think they will fill up?
I would hate to get there and have the fridge be lost due to the open week!!

Sometimes I do get the gaps filled in last minute. I just did that one for Dec. I actually had 2 last minute request for it.

Even if it has to go to LS it should be fine. It hasn't been lost since Dec. 2010 with the exception of a few hours. I was able to make a phone call to LS and they were able to find it (outside in the "Luggers"). Don't worry about it too much. It should be fine even if you have to deal with LS. When we went in Oct. I got it from LS and did an in-person swap at the end. One good thing is if it's at LS when you arrive you can call and have them deliver to your room.
